史上最糟糕的布丁購買體驗 （我還是願意給4顆星）（不是公司的錯，但公司沒有加強訓練員工）

這是我這趟台南旅行中，最令人失望、最不愉快的一次消費經驗。

今天特地冒著大雨前來這家在小紅書上很有名的紅磚布丁店，原本滿心期待，結果卻遇到了一位態度非常差的店員。整個互動過程中，對方的表現完全就是「不想服務」，語氣冷淡、眼神不耐煩、臉色難看，明顯讓我感受到「你來買東西是我麻煩」的態度。

我買的數量比較多，加上明細沒有標示清楚，我只是再確認一次自己買的是幾入，卻換來這樣的臉色和回應。當下真的非常錯愕，甚至懷疑：「不好意思，是我打擾你滑手機還是怎麼了？」

我自己是服務業出身，很清楚這份工作有時候確實辛苦，難免會累，但把「不想服務」的情緒直接表現給客人，是完全不應該的。 顧客不是出氣筒，也不該為你的工作倦怠買單。

我相信不是每位員工都這樣，今天可能只是我剛好遇到這位態度極差的員工，但這樣的表現真的足以毀掉一間店的形象。
