My honour with this most traditional Chinese herbal medicine shop. They are the 3rd generation to manage this shop since their grandfather who is most well-known Chinese medicine doctor in Tainan. They are familiar with every single herbal features and professional for how to prepare the herbal in order to maximise the herbal efficacy.

In the past, it’s necessary for the Chinese medical doctor to study pharmacology. However, nowadays, the Chinese medical faculty in taiwan only focuses on doctor training but ignore pharmacology. It turns out, the doctor knows what happen on your body, which herbal you should take, but majority doesn’t know how to best prepare the medicine.

Always stay humble to learn. How To we’ll prepare the herbal? To steam? To boil? The time management... what kind of extra ingredient should be added to maximise the effect. You never know behind every single herbal how complicated they process by their hand. These knowledge are all inherited from the ancestor as you all know traditional Chinese medical practise exists more than 3500years.
