The shop provides a wide range of pastries and the quality (for European standards) is high. 6/22買了四個生乳捲跟蘋果香草蛋糕，其中一個蘋果香草蛋糕在吃的時候就頻頻吃到硬硬的東西，那當下很餓然後也沒多想就吃進去了，想說應該是上面的金箔嗎？所以遲遲都沒有吐出來檢查，吃到禮拜二晚上有點受不了吐出來看，感覺真的是異物混進去。隔天早上就去問了，服務生說廚師還沒上班，下午幫我確認，下午經理就打電話來了，說廚師在想應該是奶油包裝混進去了，跟我致歉並說什麼時候方便過去要補償我四吋蛋糕。於是當天下午大概16左右去的，服務生有點錯愕，感覺是沒交接好，然後就跟我說四吋蛋糕都沒有了直接給我一個生乳捲問我這樣可以嗎？當下覺得蠻傻眼的，畢竟你都跟客人說好補償方式了，那是不是應該要做到呢？如果做不到，最好的方式應該就是要事先告知吧？發現沒有四吋蛋糕了應該要先撥打給我，告知詢問換生乳捲ok嗎？而不是都來到現場了才告知我四吋蛋糕沒有欸，幫我換生乳捲，我人都到這了，我還能說什麼？最終的處理方式真...

滑了一圈沒什麼人反應店員態度差問題 請回覆的小編看到這則評論趕緊跟店員反應讓她改好嗎😍不然就不要做服務業 平常經過香格里拉就會在品香坊買麵包 麵包不錯吃啊 但很常被一位中長髮、有染稍微黃色的女店員態度氣到 （頭髮大概到肩膀吧 沒看到名字） 臉超臭、回話也超不耐煩 拜託 也不是買很少欸～沒有人欠你幾百萬啊😍 服務業基本禮貌不是很重要嗎 花錢應該買快樂 不是去被臭臉的 這兩顆星是給麵包的
