I've been coming here for years. The seafood is delicious, and the variety of vegetables is so abundant that they're always in short supply. The staff is always busy restocking the stock, and business is booming! You can choose between a single or dual broth, each with its own unique flavor! The drinks section is always packed! If you‘re staying at ShangriLa tainan and looking for a nice, low key shabu, this is it! Reasonable price, quite nice cut of beef (didnt try chicken or pork, because why?!?) Staff did their best to explain in english and made sure that we understood the menu and terms.. my family really enjoyed our lunch here, highly...

2020/08/09 第五次來吃，點了498元有牛肉吃到飽，這次來感覺比較沒那麼好吃，原本會送上來的肉漿類變成豆腐麵，刀功了得，切得很細緻，不過最後煮到會變成整鍋都是碎渣，影響視覺。另外這天香草冰淇淋故障，也沒修好。 2019/06/22 第四次來用餐，小幅度漲價，假日最便宜的價位變408+10%，且多了雞肉，還算軟嫩。另外多了638元澳洲和牛吃到飽的選擇。有很多台南市學生的優惠。 2018/07/22三度來訪，父母想吃牛肉所以再度點了498元最高級的價位，用餐座位有服務鈴，要點肉、加湯、收撈壺都可以按，蠻方便的，不用刻意等服務生經過。牛肉也不錯吃，紐澳板腱牛切的相當工整有致，當天牛五花很夯，後來加點不到就吃飽離開了。 2018/07/15第二次來訪，選了398元價位+10%，突然發現有特約商店打95折，第一次吃沒注意到。只吃豬肉還蠻划算的，蔬菜和豬肉交替吃，不用想太多要吃什麼，也滿健康，沒有太多加工火鍋料；牛肉咖喱飯也很美味，最後再配甜點收尾，100分鐘剛剛好夠用，400初的價位吃到飽以後會想要再來。店裡空間寬敞不擁擠，座位數也蠻多的，頗適合大家族聚會、謝師宴等歡聚活動。 2017/12/30 年末吃大餐。裡面裝潢充滿日本和式風格，有分3種價位，398元有國產梅花豬、國產五花豬，458元多了紐澳梅花牛、紐澳板腱牛，498元多安格斯黑毛梅花牛、安格斯黑毛五花牛，需加10%服務費，有一些特約商店優惠。麵食有關東細麵、關廟拉麵、蛋黃拉麵。飯包含牛肉季節御飯、咖喱飯。醬料有日式胡麻醬、日式醬油、金桔醬、奶香起士醬、照燒醬、韓式辣醬、白醋，以及洋蔥泥、洋蔥泥、白蘿蔔泥、辣椒瓣、金桔瓣、青蔥末等佐料。蔬菜種類五花八門將近30種。甜點有抹茶蛋糕、日式蕨餅、紫米紅豆湯，和抹茶&香草霜淇淋，櫻花荔枝冰沙、咖啡冰沙，飲品有咖啡機、茶包類、汽水果汁類。整體食材乾淨衛生，肉質不錯，霜淇淋不錯吃，抹茶不會太苦澀。這次吃了498元，下次想吃398元，CP會高一點，而且豬肉就滿軟又好吃。
