今天用餐的餐點很美味，服務也很好，謝謝 我們大家都吃得很開心。

不過我們是內湖居民，也有看到你們的貼文提到「內湖居民可享77折優惠」。但在結帳時，店員說因為我們點的是套餐，所以不包含在優惠內。

我們當下並沒有看到任何標示說明套餐不適用優惠。店外的招牌寫的是「內用外帶皆享優惠」，只有特別註明「便當」不在優惠範圍內，並沒有提到套餐也不包含。

希望店家未來能更清楚地標示優惠的適用範圍，讓客人能更明確知道哪些品項享有折扣，哪些沒有。

However, since we live in Neihu, we saw your post about a 77% discount for Neihu residents. But when we were billed, we were told that because we ordered the set meals, the discount didn’t apply.

We didn’t see any signs or information stating that set meals are excluded from the discount. In fact, your sign outside says the discount applies to both dine-in and take-out orders — only lunch boxes (便當) are mentioned as not included. There was no mention that set meals are excluded as well.

We hope you can make the terms of the discount more clear in the future — especially about what is or isn’t included — so customers can better understand.
