Please, don’t go here. A waste of money.

The service is unfriendly and inconsistent. They didn’t pay attention to our table at all, but we constantly had to ask for meat/lettuce ourselves. When we did ask us they either ignored us and walked by, or told us to wait whilst they only paid attention to the two young girls sitting next to us. Providing them with a private meat cooking service…

We were with a group of 11 and it was not communicated beforehand to us that the Korean BBQ was supposedly “unlimited for 2 hours”. This was told to us after we complained to them that they didn’t serve us “unlimited” meat when we asked for it. On top of that the beers were supposed to be unlimited as well, but after a while they told us the meat was finished?? Besides that, they were “out of meat” as well… how call you call yourself an unlimited bbq at this point.

Like I said, the owner passed it off like they told us it was a 2 hour unlimited bbq deal. Again, this was never clearly communicated. It was only told to us after we complained and told them we were not gonna pay the full amount. As another excuse to why we didn’t get the promised service we paid for, it was said to us the place closes at 22:30 so we were past the meal time… on Google it says they close at 23:30. Again, no clear communication.

Once we confronted them and told them we were not gonna pay the full amount, they acted like we were weird that we even dared to complained. No excuses were made for the lack of...

Went there last week. Meal were fine but the service was definitely not impressed.

Needed to ask for the rice or we wouldn’t get any. The waiter who took our order forgot to ask us a certain choice of dish until I pointed out. And of course, it was forgotten till the end,we didn’t even receive that dish(部隊鍋) There were few staffs on duty, only one girl was doing her job by helping the customers. When we did the payment, I saw a staff in the kitchen was smoking while doing the dishes...

Didn’t pay for what we should get, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. There are so many other shops around, we were just not lucky, chose...

很少給餐廳負評，但這間餐廳真的騙很大... 從一踏進這家店到離開，每個部分都體驗極差

先說“增加人手”應該可以減少很多問題 第二個是店內環境衛生需要整修 第三個是食物保存有問題

預約週五晚上7點，我們18:55抵達店內告知預約19點，店員直接說“出去外面等”，我一臉困惑，他才回應我說“時間還沒到”，結果18:59進去時又被趕出去外面等，到19:15才讓我們進去吃

進去店內後發現，店內空間不大＆稍微擁擠，地板牆壁感覺髒髒的，讓人衛生＆觀感不是很好。重點是烤肉店很容易很熱，但店內居然“沒有空調”，只有直立式冷氣，晚餐時間客滿所以人很多，所以冷氣有跟沒有一樣，超熱。廁所馬桶跟地板肉眼可見的髒，垃圾桶也快滿了，還有衛生紙掉到外面...到外面洗手台的水龍頭壞掉，前面的花灑還掉了，水柱直接帶動整個水龍頭往上噴了我們一身濕，我還自己把它裝回去......

到了座位上後遲遲沒有店員來幫我們點餐，招手請店員來之後，說了我們要什麼方案，他也是聽完就走，也什麼都沒有解釋，也沒給我們留我們在原位困惑😂我們就想說先去裝小菜跟飲料好了 小菜有：泡菜、辣蘿蔔、醃蘿蔔，都是常溫放在推車上面讓大家自取，店內真的很熱小菜吃起來味道都變質了...要放推車上的話應該放在冰塊上保存會比較好 飲料是可口可樂的機台，我們喝了萊姆氣泡水、可樂、蘋果汁、檸檬紅茶，喝完超級困惑，為什麼每杯都有一種鐵繡味，我跟同行友人都覺得味道跟平常喝到的不一樣，不知道是因為機台水管不乾淨，還是杯子的問題? 冰淇淋的冰箱上寫明治，但其實是別的牌子的冰淇淋，而且要google五星評價或加價$39才能吃，難怪那麼多五星評價...真的是被騙🥲

後來裝完小菜之後還是沒拿到點菜單，問了櫃檯後被告知會先上基本盤。用餐時間也才90分鐘，前面一直等等等到19:40才能真正開始吃，問了店員基本盤有個別是什麼品項，店員也只是草草回應“左邊豬，右邊牛” 基本盤超大盤=口=都是五花肉、骰子牛、肉片那類比較便宜的品項，被強迫吃那盤就超飽了，根本沒辦法點我們真正想吃的品項了😢點餐的時候也沒有先告知，我們還選了599方案，根本都沒吃到😭 部隊鍋根本不是部隊鍋的湯底，也不是大醬湯🥲高麗菜超級不新鮮，不甜也不脆，吃起來真的放很久，幾片而已。只有一小塊玉米，也是很不新鮮。還有幾片杏鮑菇。能自取的料也只有泡麵、鑫鑫腸、年糕。不知道為什麼要存在的鍋，完全在濫竽充數，平常很愛吃火鍋，但這鍋讓我吃的很痛苦😭 瓦斯爐一直點不起來，看了其他負評才發現是瓦斯罐一直不裝新的

另外還點了 起司炸雞：偏難吃 蟹膏拌飯（就是一匙蟹膏+幾條蟹肉棒）：普

經歷的這一切讓我想趕快離開（而且真的好悶熱），但仍然安慰自己至少有買一送一，結果結帳的時候帳單1450😱 我就問“不是買一送一嗎?” 店員“Foodpanda人員只待到8點，要8點前結帳才有” 我“可是我們是在活動時間內用餐的欸...” 店員“不關我們的事情，foodpanda的人走了就沒了，有甚麼問題去找他們問” 我???我訂位時就有先確認過是不是有買一送一活動了，但在電話中沒有告知要8點前結帳，來的時候也沒有告知，什麼都沒講🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

現在想起來為什麼是1450，不是599方案嗎?加服務費也沒1450啊🤔但我當下只想趕快逃跑😭就直接付了

從頭到尾店員回答問題都惜字如金，也不會提前提醒或告知客人此店的各種用餐規則，如果要繼續開下去，還是在用餐時間增添人力比較好= =

看到網路上有負評寫得很嚴重，但看到IG有美食粉專推薦說好吃又CP值高，因為又有買一送一活動而去吃吃看，真的是被行銷手法騙了。 同價位的烤肉吃到飽，乾脆去吃阿豬媽=...
