The way of management has changed tremendously recently. The prices of the items rise, while the portions got smaller. They no longer offer Croquettes, raw chili, various ramen options, various a la cartes, and you cannot select a nickname the server will refer to you as anymore.
The service attitude of servers have also soured dramatically, the workers stare at you for looking at your receipt too long, the digital ordering system messes up your order, one of the servers stepped on my foot and didn't even say sorry, I'm sure plenty other bad habits that I've not discovered.
Overall, the restaurant flopped huge, maybe even at its downfall. Will visit...
