洗心算是放在我的口袋名單一段時間了，本身目前吃了台灣近40家無菜單的日式板前和割烹店，洗心我選擇最便宜4500元的菜單，說實在整個過程竟然沒有一樣我覺得得分的餐點，吃完整套大概只有六分飽⋯要我認真說師傅不算是熱情，給我感覺反而是生澀沒有大師傅的氣場，外場服務還不錯，到上握壽司時我習慣用手直接吃，少數遇到沒有提供小濕紙巾，以及沒注意客人是左手，當一個餐標已經到4500元，提供的服務不夠細節，在目前百家爭鳴的日料店之下，很容易高判立下，握壽司小白蝦和海膽應該是要很穩的，結果吃起來跟人均1000初的沒有差別⋯但我還是希望餐廳可以更精進，我不算是嘴叼的客人，但這個差異太明顯了，我說的...

以午餐來說，份量適中。 一入座點了白啤酒，但店家給予高腳杯。 因為第二道開始就有海鮮， 所以就口後杯中的白啤酒的「生」、「甘」 都被覆蓋過。 後面直接更換其他款啤酒後直接給予木村薄杯，品飲集中在口感上，輕盈了許多。

刀工很棒、酒餚擺盤巧思（光一道北寄貝就可以給予那麼豐富的視覺及層次口感）後續壽司魚身醋飯搭配都非常的優秀。 能感受到師父的用心、細心。 外場夥伴也能隨時注意適時補酒熱茶。

由於今天室外高溫34度左右，一入席外場同仁迎賓立馬端上的おしぼり還是熱燙的，如果能更換成低溫冰可能會更貼心。

整體來說，瑕不掩瑜，還會再訪，大安...
