I had an incredible time at FirePlay!

The dining experience was a fantastic mix of high-quality grilling and lively entertainment.

Chef Nick Sor, the culinary mastermind behind FirePlay, has perfected the art of "Modern BBQ," using techniques honed from his experience at top kitchens worldwide.

The flavors were bold, the meats perfectly grilled, and the presentation thoughtful—each dish was a treat.

One of the highlights was how interactive and fun the experience was. Chef Nick has a great sense of humor and kept us engaged throughout, making it an unforgettable night of laughter and delicious food.

FirePlay’s unique ambiance and the open-flame grilling make it feel like both a fine-dining experience and a cozy gathering around a fire.

If you’re into great grilled flavors, inventive sauces, and a chef who’s as entertaining as he is skilled, FirePlay is a must-visit in Taipei!

This is my 2nd visit and it's just as amazing as my last visit back in 2022. They do switch items on the menu from time to time, not by schedule but by inspiration.

Staffs are friendly and professional, they do call you after you made the reservation to go over some details.

I highly recommend to get the Sasso Chicken, it's simply out of this world.

Lastly I'll say this, they're many high end restaurants in Taipei City, but none of them does it...

Quality, presentation and taste of the food is impeccable! One of the best meal in Taipei! Freshness of the ingredient cooked with direct fire and topped with a variety of sauces provides us with awesome experience! Would definitely recommend anyone to come and have a taste.
