香聚餐館 — Restaurant in Taipei

Eating here was gastronomic fun, because many of the dishes we had were a fusion of traditional Taiwanese cuisine with Western ingredients. The set menu (which apparently changes quite often) was almost over the top, with a selection of snacks, a monster 36oz steak on the bone, crispy Aussie fish, steamed lobster, squid two-ways, egg roll crab sticks, Iberico ham with uni sauce, grilled rice balls with salmon roe, chicken soup and fruit. Quite tasty. A restaurant with no fancy decoration, only seasoned its restaurant with food. Quite nice amenity. The food comes with total surprise. Surprisingly good.
