食記： 「呼吸之間」是一間令人印象深刻的餐廳，無論是環境氛圍、服務品質，還是餐點水準，都展現出極高的水準，值得一再造訪。

地理位置極為便利，餐廳對面即有停車場，讓來訪無需為停車問題煩惱

服務方面，店員態度極為親切且專業，應對得體，舉手投足間皆展現出細膩的待客服務。無論是點餐過程中的耐心解說，還是對客人需求的迅速回應，都讓人感受到無微不至的用心，提升了整體的用餐體驗。我們有帶寶寶，當天感到相當的體貼舒服。

至於餐點，尤以義大利麵最為驚艷。麵條口感彈牙，火候掌握得宜，醬汁濃郁卻不過於厚重，能夠巧妙地與麵條融合，每一口都帶來豐富的層次感。此外，其他餐點亦展現出精緻的烹調手法與優質的食材選用，足見主廚對料理的講究與熱愛。
