cafe BOMBOM — Restaurant in Taipei

Lovely cafe with a lot of art and personality. I purchased a postcard that was a play on Matisse’s painting Dancing, but with cartoon tigers. As for food, I ordered the tonkatsu set (猪排套餐), honeycomb latte and hojicha basque cheesecake (焙茶巴斯克起司蛋糕). I thought they were all quite tasty, though the tonkatsu set side dishes could’ve had more flavor/seasoning. Hojicha cheesecake slice was slightly on the smaller end.

One thing to note is that the dog present is skittish and barks sharply whenever someone enters the store. I was there from 4:30 pm to 7 pm, and this happened 4 times (including when I arrived). Throws off the vibe of...

🍞 春天厚吐司- $130/點飲料加購價 $85 蜂蜜奶油口味 & 黑糖核桃乳酪口味 兩個口味有滿大的差異的 吐司都烤的十分酥脆

🍯 蜂蜜奶油除了有一塊大大的奶油外 搭配的蜂蜜醬也非常特別 適合平常喜歡吃楓糖類、果醬類的人

🌰黑糖核桃乳酪則是堅果香很明顯 乳酪一點都不膩 如果平常是吃貝果會塗厚厚的cream cheese的人一定會喜歡 主餐

🍛咔茲黃金豬套餐 $320 菜單上寫說是烤箱料理為主 吃起來真的完全不油還很脆 豬排麵衣是偏厚的類型 肉不柴 搭配豬排醬吃起來蠻解膩 隨餐有附三顆小飯糰，吃不飽還能免費再續一次🍙 青菜給的滿多的 以及有搭配季節水果 算是滿足的一份料理

🍝關西風炒麵 $280 果然醬多就是好吃！每一口都有鹹鹹甜甜的美乃滋醬 很像大阪燒上面塗的那一層 麵體軟硬適中 搭配炒過的豬肉片一起吃 真的會一口接一口

套餐都有附一杯飲料 可換其他飲料折抵60元喔 咖啡 ☕️ 焦糖脆脆拿鐵 $160 一杯滿滿的牛奶上面撒上焦糖餅乾 喝一小口後再把espresso shot倒入組成拿鐵 焦糖餅會慢慢融化 喝的過程還可以吃到一些餅乾碎 口感層次很豐富 是會想喝第二次的拿鐵

☕️ 燕麥奶拿鐵 $160 燕麥奶味道蠻好 但有點蓋過咖啡的味道 中規中矩 如果不想喝太甜 可以考慮

☕️ 奶油冷萃 $160 續杯價$128 加了Cream的冷萃上灑了一層可可粉 攪拌均勻後有一種在喝提拉米蘇的感覺 口感偏甜 沒有什麼咖啡的苦味 甜點

🍰 焦糖海鹽波士頓派 $150 哦哦哦這個有推！超愛海鹽配上焦糖的不敗組合 蛋糕體非常濕潤 裡面的生乳餡也是給得很大方 吃下去會有入口即化的感覺唷

(我們待了6個小時 真的吃很多😂)

店裡桌數大概有4-5桌 大小不一 客人習慣在這裡聊天 所以人多的時候算是滿吵的 Menu有專門的兒童餐 小朋友友善！

唯一美中不足的地方是 鹹食要等店長來才有得吃呀～中午稍微等了一下才吃到 加上感覺只有一人在出餐...
