天母店剛開幕來喝喝看。 工作好像沒分配好，只有一個男生在做飲料，另一個女生在旁邊只有貼貼紙排杯子，沒事做了，做飲料的男生還要自己排好做好的飲料，擦杯身跟放吸管？等了一會，我後面的號碼拿到飲料，我過去問我的號碼好了嗎，才發現漏單。芝士奶蓋春，喝起來普通…茶味有點淡，奶蓋是還可以，跟以前喝過別家的差不多。看前面也有人反應茶味淡，跟其他分店味道不同，建議商家再檢視一下品質跟SOP，加油

今天去買 看現場因為人多櫃檯小姐來不及點餐 看到櫃檯有線上點餐的標示 想說用線上點餐這樣人員也不用多花人力幫我點餐 結果14:40點餐完發現15:10才會取餐 接著就看到自己的杯子放在後面寫上15:10我就上前跟小姐說能否幫我先製作 他拿給做飲料的男生說這個先做 男生回為什麼 他說因為她已經到了 前面還有個10杯的先生 他先做他的我能理解 但不明白的是為何後面都不願意做我的飲料 等到14:50幾的時候 10杯先生都出完了 後面在我告知這件事後的客人也拿完了 我的杯子還在那 然後等我的飲料終於出好了 就一直放在那 我人已經站在櫃檯等了 還是先給了別人 之後15:05我真的受不了了 我又問 那是我的嗎？小姐回 對耶 然後才拿給我 我覺得連假忙 可體會 但希望以後可以多加注意 在我用線上點餐時的時候 我後面來的男生點了一杯飲料 不到5分鐘就好了 我卻在現場等了20分鐘 都是可以調監視機查證 時間可能會有些許誤差 但並沒有誇大 只希望...

114/6/27早上約10:30在你訂這個平台訂得正天母德行計劃12杯飲料，平台顯示11:20～11:40可以拿到外送，12:20我還沒拿到，第一通打過去確認飲料是否送出店員回應人員剛出發，400公尺的距離我10分鐘內拿不到嗎？打第二通看我的手機顯示不接，之後改市話撥過去接起電話店員卻完全搞不清楚外送員是否送出，問了其他人很久我在另一頭等了很久還要詢問其他人員是否送出，第一通不是說送出了嗎？所以店家在欺騙消費者嗎？其實還沒製作或是還沒出發外送？ 12:37我拿到飲料外送人員表示只有他一個人有辦法送我告訴他你辛苦了。是你老闆的問題，沒那個能力就不要亂接客人訂單，女店員只會回說我現場單很多，那請問我幹嘛提早上網訂飲料？誠實很困難嗎？如果能選不給星星我一顆都不給By the way你的人員都說不想做了 連員工都照顧不好請問你怎麼服務客人。再說一次誠實很重要不要欺騙消費者...
