On the second floor of the building right out of exit 4 of green line. I was honeslty disappointed to find this place gets it's high ratings by asking customers to leave 5 star review for a discount. Shame shame. I said no thank you for this offer. Then the girl told me "can you please do it for me?" This was after i've said no thank you. The place itself is moderately clean. However despite me mentioning that i have my own laptop i would like to use, i was given a section with no charge stations. Window seats are better as there are more lighting but it's also more open. The comic books are all or mostly chinese. I did not see an english one. The bathroom seems to be regularly cleaned. I would not stay here more than 2 hours if i was alone. I really want to like this place--the manga selection is great, the included drinks are nice, and the stir fried noodles were way better than I expected--but my experience today was spoiled by a few things.

Their wifi isn't great. The only network I was able to connect to where I was sitting was very slow and flaky. They really need to have a professional set this up for them.

Their quiet section booths aren't really comfortable to use. Like, the seats are nice, but the tables aren't the right size for the space, especially if two people want to sit...

Can’t complain. This place is like the Internet cafes we see in anime. It has little booths that pay by the hour to stay in. You can sleep and even shower and pretty much rent anything you need. They have thousands of manga all over the walls. They’re open 24/7 and I can see high schoolers and college students hanging out here. They have decent food and an unlimited drink bar.
