儘管我不認為它是健康的食品，但是每每經過有時候就會忍不住進去買些來吃，就在幾天前我買了沙琪瑪，櫃檯小姐很熱心的告訴我滿百就可以加購蛋黃酥，我想說好吧！既然沒吃過就加購來看看，今天經過的時候也想我愛的沙琪瑪，想說今天這個加購的蛋黃酥要買給愛吃蛋黃酥的小孩當放學點心，今天這位櫃檯女士斬釘截鐵的說一定是要購買三明治滿百才可以加購，我看了看旁邊標示沒有指定要三明治啊！所以我又再次的問了一次，她說對一定要是三明治，這是公司規定的，沒辦法！我也只好就買了三明治，我之所以沒有說明我前幾天也有買（只要滿百就可以），是因為我怕前面的小姐賣錯了，會被追究責任，所以我也就照這位櫃檯女士的方式加購了，可是我還是覺得很奇怪，所以我打到別的新概念店，對方也明確地告訴我：只要滿百就可以，我直覺是今天的三明治剩太多了嗎？這位女士你這樣很不OK喔！！明明旁邊的標示就沒這樣規定，你自己自作主張規定的吧？想說顧客會不知道嗎？說真的，我覺得是你們門市的小姐先生服務都很...

-葡萄卡士達三明治- 很多人說，葡萄只有吐司前面有，很空虛，但其實我覺得這樣的卡士達以及水果的密度搭配，剛剛好！ 吃得到吐司主體的紮實Q度，點綴上葡萄的多汁香甜，卡士達當作媒介，作為融合橋樑，我覺得很好吃啊～ -肉鬆芋泥三明治- 整體而言是肉鬆的味道偏甜，不過是好吃的 -全麥起司三明治- 從一開始到目前都是最喜歡的口味

美中不足的是，這樣的概念店如果能提供...

今天在士林的洪瑞珍買了 12 個三明治，四個草莓、四個藍莓，剩下的都是經典的招牌原味。這家店的位置很方便，就在士林夜市附近，捷運劍潭站或士林站走過去都不遠，買完還可以順便逛逛夜市，非常適合帶回家當點心或伴手禮。 洪瑞珍的三明治一直以來都以細緻的口感和獨特的甜鹹交錯風味著稱，這次試了草莓和藍莓口味，發現比想像中更有層次。草莓內餡帶點果香微酸，搭配綿密的奶油和蛋皮，吃起來不會太膩；藍莓則帶有淡淡的果香，口感上比草莓更溫和，適合喜歡清爽風味的人。至於招牌原味，還是熟悉的好味道，綿密的麵包加上滑順的奶油與火腿，每一口都是滿滿的經典回憶。 整體來說，這次購買的體驗很滿意，不管是口味還是交通便利性都讓人想回購。如果喜歡細膩、輕盈口感的三明治，這裡的確是個不錯的選擇！

한국에도 진출한 홍루이첸이 궁금해서 브런치겸 들려봤습니다. 내부에서 취식할수있는 공간이 없어 무조건 포장만 가능하니 참고하시길 바라며 어차피 사림역(士林）가는길에 의자가 많으니 바로 드실경우 여기서 드시면 될듯해요. 샌드위치 전체적으로 맛있고 가성비도 매우 뛰어났습니다. 직원분도 친절하게 설명해주셔서 좋았어요.

한국에도 진출한 홍루이첸이 궁금해서 브런치겸 들려봤습니다. 내부에서 취식할수있는 공간이 없어 무조건 포장만 가능하니 참고하시길 바라며 어차피 사림역(士林）가는길에 의자가 많으니 바로 드실경우 여기서 드시면 될듯해요. 샌드위치 전체적으로 맛있고 가성비도 매우 뛰어났습니다. 직원분도 친절하게 설명해주셔서 좋았어요.
