Little Tree Food (NOKE) — Restaurant in Taipei

I have to say, I was very disappointed this time. At this price point, the service should be at least reasonable, at the very least you'd expect they won't forget about dishes... We ordered an appetizer, two main courses, and two desserts. My main course (pasta) came out first, and hers (salad) quite a bit later. No question about whether we wanted the food at the same time. Only after asking for it did they send the appetizer. Result: had to choose between cold pasta or flavors that didn't mix well. Then one of the desserts (cake, that was clearly made in advance) came out, but not the second dessert. Again had to ask, and the waiter stammered that they make that one on site so it takes longer. Why not 1. ask if we want the desserts together or 2. at least explain why they are sending them at different times? This company has a lot of staff training they need to do if they want to live up to their price point. Their only saving grace is the food really is good (but disappointing that they are putting so little effort into being able to veganize dishes, considering that it's a vegetarian and health...

The food is maybe a 4/5. Even as a lifelong vegetarian, their pasta dishes felt quite mediocre and unspectacular. Felt like something I could make at home in 30mins. Having said that, I do recommend their Sichuan Mala risotto for its great fusion flavors.

The big problem is the quantity. Even as an underweight male I found myself not even close to feeling full after spending 400 NT on their risotto. They should increase the quantity by at least 30%. The CP value is quite...

The service was great and very friendly, the place was clean and nice but the food was only OK, nothing great really but totally edible nothing exceptionally wrong with it, just very meh and sort of bland.
