We took a waiting number at 8:08pm, and was walking around inside the mall. Around 8:25pm we wait and sit nearby the restaurant waiting to be called. Unfortunately it remain waiting list 001 till 8:45pm. I walked to the restaurant and see actually inside has at least 5 tables available. I asked reservation why my number haven’t been called. Immediately he bring us to a table. After pass us menu, he told us last order is 9pm and closing at 9:30pm (you late informing us and saying i got 15 mins to order?!) Read more晚餐椒麻雞中的中間有「生麵衣」,而且並非一點點,我以為是夾心什麼餡料,但一吃就知道是生麵衣,詢問外場服務員表示不確定是什麼,男主管表示會重做一份,也跟我確認是生麵糊,等待重做的過程等了非常非常久,整個用餐流程整個亂掉,是要等椒麻雞來了再繼續配著菜吃嗎?那菜都冷掉了,是要先吃高麗菜配白飯嗎?好空虛!?等椒麻雞重做如果15分鐘左右可能還能理解,但超過這個時間是否該先告訴客人要等多久? 再來就是隔壁桌小妹打破玻璃杯飲料灑了一地,一聲巨響,嚇死人,液體四濺,對面夫妻提醒有東西噴到他們桌邊,服務人員也沒有及時處理,(他們面容也明顯顯示了「不高興中」。)服務員從頭到尾也未詢問我們這桌跟對面夫妻那桌需不需要紙巾擦拭或是稍微看一下我們地上有沒有液態。 然後最傻眼的來了,服務生拖著「極黑」的拖把在我面前大力擰水拖地,真的距離很近!我觀感非常非常不適,對面的夫妻(老公)也頻頻在閃躲拖把,服務生完全沒有注意拖把離客人超級近!但身為客人的我都看在眼裡,我們附近桌子上都還有佳餚,配著這極黑拖把大力的擰水,水花放浪的在我眼前噴濺,黃色水桶都是發霉污垢的畫面,好噁心!比美食街還不如!我理解東西灑了不拖地怎麼辦?好,容姊姊說兩句⋯ 第一,你的拖把本來就該換了!有夠髒!你的地板怎麼可能會拖乾淨? 第二,可以準備一把見客用的拖把,即營業時間內給客人臨時緊急使用,平常關了燈你要髒我們客人看不見也罷了! 以上兩點供你們參考。 最後不帶任何情緒的說一句,主管的態度散漫,一副事不關己,六神無主的飄移在外場之中,也感覺不到任何服務熱誠,像極了在一般自家餐廳上班的小老闆,主廚是自己老爸,媽媽負責收錢那種!沒有領導的「能力」與「心」,員工跟著這樣的主管,估計也沒辦法成為集團優秀的主管或服務員,正所謂「上梁不正下樑歪」整個team給人的感覺就是一盤散沙。 結帳時,服務費照算,沒有任何抱歉,只詢問了我「第二次的椒麻雞味道有比較好嗎?」也沒有給我意見表填寫:) 帥哥,椒麻雞不是味道上的問題,是你們肉中間有「生麵糊」,拜託先搞清楚重點,一句抱歉也沒有說,我不是奧客,但我真的不是很能理解,如果是我,我會在客人等待瑕疵餐點的時間內安排盡快出單,如果沒辦法,也要觀察客人面部表情管理,如已開始扭曲,我會先招待飲料或是至少最後用飯後甜點彌補,或是最後服務費wave掉,或是椒麻雞做招待,或是簡單的一句I’...
