Snowballer Coffee — Restaurant in Taipei

This is my absolute favourite breakfast sandwich shop in Taipei! Staff is nice making sure your order is exactly how you wanted and despite it’s a tiny shop, the place is clean, tidy and comfortable.

I usually come off-peak hour to make sure i get to sit and enjoy my food so during peak hour do expect to wait if you want to eat in.

This time i order this amazing combo of pork floss, egg and peanut butter! You can expect a lot of fillings with their sandwich and its finger licking good! It is simple food but make with care, i just love it.

They have pretty good coffee too but this time i have the tea which is nice.

I’ll say this is a must...

I bought coffee for myself with my 87 year old grandmother who did not want coffee The person working stated that in order for my grandma to sit, she would need to order something— kind of ridiculous considering that they wouldn’t let her sit unless she ordered something? The store was completely empty by the way.

Poor customer service and highly do not recommend this place.

昨天到南門店用餐，遇到的情況讓人有點困惑。 一開始剛入座時，店員沒有事先告知就直接把我的包包拿走，還放到桌上有水漬的地方，之後才告訴我這個位置已經有人了。這樣的處理方式真的讓人不太舒服。

另外在點餐時，男店員雖然態度不算差，但常常是剛問完我問題，下一秒就立刻轉頭去跟同事說話，讓我完全不知道自己應該回答還是等他講完。整個互動過程都顯得很奇怪。

點的餐是 黑糖拿鐵 沒有黑糖味 檸檬紅茶 沒有紅茶味 飲料可謂都是大雷 真的可以不用點 昨天隨便去公館店 點一杯蜂蜜綠茶真的都完全大勝 認真說不是趕時間的人 搭車去公館吃吧 食物品質 服務 基本都是屌打 之前在公館店的體驗很好，所以才想再訪，但這次在南門店的感受真的差很多。希望店家能注意到細節，不然很難讓人有回訪的意願。

幫大家二更吧 沒注意到上位客人離開 無所謂 有沒有位置坐 我也都無所謂 主要是連說都不說 把別人包包拿起來 然後放到水漬上 到還給我的時間 不到兩秒 有監視器對吧 慢慢看 這到底什麼神奇操作 然後改外帶去旁邊站著 拿椅子過來給我們坐 所以呢 我還得感謝你給我椅子坐嗎 你有針對到我的問題嗎 就是你為什麼要亂動別人的包包咧 讚讚 我真的不懂 還要扯服務業 忙 拿椅子給我們坐 大家一定要去南門店喔 店家真的很替客人著想 但是千萬不要帶隨身物品 會給店家造成麻煩的 (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 另外就是 這位老闆 是先問了我要什麼 然後馬上轉頭過去跟他的寶貝講話呢 我才點餐熔岩什麼鬼嘛 這時候才說沒有肉片了 有監視器吧 再看一次囉 沒仔細看嗎 還是說老闆會通靈 知道我要什麼 食物難吃也是真的 飲料難喝也是真的 我們兩個回家都大傻眼 為了這種食物品質 浪費了一堆時間 真的寧願搭車去公館 永遠也不會踏進去 真的會讓你假日的心情都毀了呢 然後 南門雪球咖啡真的很忙 只要出了問題 都是客人的問題哦 不行就多找點人吧 老闆(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 太忙還是要顧一下餐點品質哦 讚讚 加油吧 服務業 一定要多努力服務...
