Happened to see this restaurant and went for a try. Looks like a popular place for many young couples. The service is great and food is good. Value for money. The Beef is well prepared. Will visit again....

如若人在外面不便煮飯、朋友聚餐、壽星慶生，築間火鍋是好選擇！特色如下。 1、蔬菜吃到飽：執行211的捧油，絕對做的到，綠色白色蔬菜任你吃。虱目魚滑和雞肉脆骨滑好吃，油條、豆皮、雞蛋任君享用。蒸煮麵、王子麵、冬粉全自取，一定吃的飽飽！缺點是沒有麻吉燒，它是我個人吃火鍋的儀式。 2、湯頭任君選：個人近期吃膩壽喜燒，偏好火鍋店的多樣化湯頭。今天選「招牌石頭鍋+乾魷魚」（40元+10%），那叫一個香啊～～湯底滿滿大蒜和洋蔥，健康好物。缺點是剛上桌的時候很油，加湯後才變較清澈。我個人吃火鍋不喝湯，這濃度還行。 3、飲料冰品多：咖啡、奶茶、碳酸等，明治、泰式冰淇淋以及霜淇淋，涼冰冰真是火鍋好朋友。泰式冰淇淋的荔枝口味能吃到果肉，泰奶口味就像在喝泰奶，令人印象深刻。甜筒煎餅好酥脆，它是我的心頭好。缺點是沒有無糖飲（沒有無糖綠），莫凡彼咖啡一貫的苦，霜淇淋太過於化學味。 4、壽星送十點：加入Ocard會員，當月壽星送10點，可以兌換12顆蛤蜊或者肉片。

2024年6月8日 21:14 在台北南門這個美食薈萃的區域，築間幸福鍋物是一顆閃亮的明星。這次拜訪，我體驗了濃蝦香淬石頭鍋和熟成板腱牛肉鍋（大）。 濃蝦香淬石頭鍋，有3到4隻蝦。湯頭濃郁，不僅有蝦的香味，還有一種石頭鍋獨有的醇厚。 熟成板腱牛肉鍋，點了大份的我竟然感覺自己被牛肉淹沒了！板腱牛肉切得適中，每片都帶有些微的脂肪，煮在湯裡剛剛好，軟嫩多汁，完全不需要任何調味品，已經美味得讓人無法抗拒。每片肉都彷彿在口中跳舞，牛肉的香氣隨著咀嚼在口中蔓延，這種滿足感絕對是吃貨們無法抗拒的。 築間幸福鍋物的環境也非常加分。店內設計簡約時尚，不會有擁擠感。服務人員友善且效率高，讓整個用餐過程更加愉快。更不用說那令人垂涎欲滴的甜點和飲料選擇，完美為這頓火鍋大餐劃上句號。 2024年6月7日 18:43 客滿

2024年6月8日 21:14 在台北南門這個美食薈萃的區域，築間幸福鍋物是一顆閃亮的明星。這次拜訪，我體驗了濃蝦香淬石頭鍋和熟成板腱牛肉鍋（大）。 濃蝦香淬石頭鍋，有3到4隻蝦。湯頭濃郁，不僅有蝦的香味，還有一種石頭鍋獨有的醇厚。 熟成板腱牛肉鍋，點了大份的我竟然感覺自己被牛肉淹沒了！板腱牛肉切得適中，每片都帶有些微的脂肪，煮在湯裡剛剛好，軟嫩多汁，完全不需要任何調味品，已經美味得讓人無法抗拒。每片肉都彷彿在口中跳舞，牛肉的香氣隨著咀嚼在口中蔓延，這種滿足感絕對是吃貨們無法抗拒的。 築間幸福鍋物的環境也非常加分。店內設計簡約時尚，不會有擁擠感。服務人員友善且效率高，讓整個用餐過程更加愉快。更不用說那令人垂涎欲滴的甜點和飲料選擇，完美為這頓火鍋大餐劃上句號。 2024年6月7日 18:43 客滿
