One word. Incredible.
I don't often give five stars to restaurants in Taiwan as it tends to be a fairly straight forward menu offering that doesn't really WOW you. Came by for lunch during their soft opening and needless to say, it was a world-class experience that deserve a full write up review!
Atmosphere: First I loved the modern with a blend of traditional vibe upon entering. Interior ambiance is charming/cozy, yet aesthetically pleasing. You feel at home with a sense of community after stepping in. All in all a cool experience. Will have to go back on atmosphere vibe alone!
Food/Drinks: Unbelievable. Impeccable. Delicious. While the menu wasn't extraordinary in that sense of the word, the execution was perfection. Highly recommends going with a group of friends/family so you can order various items off the menu. Everything here is on point!
Cocktails were one of the kind here, very very unique and incredibly tasty. This got to be the only restaurant in Zhongli area that uses ingredients off their menu to make the drinks! I ordered Flower Pepper Tequila and it tasted amazing with a hint of spice that was a perfect punch that was needed. Dope drink. Must order.
Staff: Service was friendly and upbeat. Nothing to add other than they were extremely knowledgeable about their menu and the seasons. I can't say enough great things about the wait staff here.

這家位於中壢忠貞市場附近的『滇饌』,是當地少數規模頗大的滇緬餐廳,也是少數以「手抓飯」為主要訴求的餐廳。
把車停大老遠走到門口才發現門口就有停車格,唉~也好,走一走才能吃多一點!哈哈~
手抓飯最少要4個人以上才能點,因為分量真的滿大的,172公分的我端在手上就能感覺它的大分量,這還是「小分」的喔!

👉🏻 包燒鱸魚炸餃 ᴛᴡᴅ 𝟭𝟴𝟬 歪食族有吃過包鱸魚的餃子嗎? 靈感來自傣族的包燒料理,直接將包燒魚包進餃子裡,再酥炸至金黃酥脆。而且餃皮底下的鱸魚內餡居然是切塊的魚塊,而不是魚肉泥耶!魚肉吃起來又細緻又鮮甜,與外層酥脆的餃皮形成豐富對比,真的太好吃!
👉🏻 下關乳扇 ᴛᴡᴅ 𝟮𝟲𝟬 下關乳扇真的超級特別,歪歪也是第一次品嚐到這樣的甜品,而且還蠻喜歡的耶~ 油炸過後的乳扇,吃起來是帶有空氣感的蓬鬆與酥脆。除了煉乳的香甜,還能感受到乳扇本身的乳酪香氣。喜歡嚐鮮各種點心的歪食族,絕對要來試試!
