餐廳旁有自家的停車場，停車方便，但停車位沒有很多，大廳蠻漂亮，明亮、富麗堂皇。因為有提前訂位，所以當天就被接待指引至2樓。服務人員態度還不錯，有介紹菜單。當天我們3個人訂了4人套餐一鴨三吃，第一道出的菜莫過於「烤鴨」，但沒有「師傅」切，而是由「女服務人員操刀」，（吃過那麼多家第一次遇到服務人員這麼多才多藝的🤣🤣），烤鴨、烘蛋不錯吃，其他沒有到特別驚艷，唯一讓我驚艷的是最後一道送甜點，服務人員送「4碗」，但最後又把一碗拿回去，我們互看一下，心裡OS，因為我們是訂4人套餐，如果是以套餐來說，就算我們只有3個人不是一樣要送4碗嗎？那如果是以人數來算，應該是送3碗，怎麼會直接送上4碗？感覺很差，而且覺得很不用心，經過這...

餐點好吃！！！！ 三杯鴨和鴨肉芋頭米粉也太讚了🫶🏻🫶🏻 另外貴公司的危機處理和補償制度挺周到的，也感謝協理的熱情招待🤓 下次有機會會再訪！

因第一次與第二次都是去中和店品嚐烤鴨，朋友同事都說每道料理都很好吃，烤鴨也很大隻。 第三次推薦桃園的家人來體驗看看桃園店的餐點，因為我以為連鎖餐廳的餐點水平應該都是差不多的，但沒想到……烤鴨比較小隻一點就算了（差了10片），其他料理也是吃了才發現口味（包含同中和店菜名的烘蛋、宮保臭豆腐），真的差中和店很多很多（尤其是東坡肉差最多）……一桌點了8000多的菜，結果家人回家還叫了雞排來吃，下次應該只會去中和店
