今日我生日，朋友邀約我吃飯，選了一家餐酒館叫Brush, 外觀很摩登，而2樓是同樣老闆開的酒吧No Entry,我們先在1樓用餐，本來想說餐酒館新潮通常食物都普通，但沒想到這次是我錯了，食物精緻之餘，還非常好吃，不愧是美麗的小姐姐推薦的食物，哈，別會錯意，食物是真的好吃，而且除了食物好吃，飲料有酒精系列和無酒精的，1樓就有兩款調酒，真的算是朋友找對好餐廳，也值得大家去品嚐品嚐。 我和朋友兩人真的也有吃飽阿。 #服務生人美心善也很活潑 #食物好吃

無意間在找有賣煙花女義大利麵的店時發現這家蠻有意思的餐酒館，有點忘記是什麼時候去用餐的，但記得當天點的分別是：培根蛋黃義大利麵、干貝煙花女義大利麵、炸魷魚、烤時蔬、紅烏龍康普茶，因為本身也做餐飲蠻久的，但實在沒有什麼挑嘴或是特別講究的部分，因為不喜歡浪費食物所以不管怎樣都會吃光，以下單純只是用我吃起來認為不錯或是可以加強的地方去評論，首先是餐點的價位匹配份量真的算是偏蠻少的，當天兩人吃了1400左右其實並沒有吃飽，但我覺得該店本來就是餐酒館，鎖定的應該是8-9點去喝一杯嘴饞點一點小食的客群，對於五點去當正餐的人那份量應該不會符合你的期待，那如果是這樣的話我覺得口味上我就會比較注重了，培根義大利麵上方配盤的起司絲味道跟麵有點不太搭嘎蠻出戲，應該是類似煙燻起司之類的吧，跟醬汁的味道就是兩個不一樣且很難融合的狀態，煙花女的醬汁也收的有點偏太乾了，是乾麵等級，但是炸魷魚倒是蠻好吃的不會很咬舌頭當下酒菜是真的蠻不錯的，烤時蔬裡頭的小娃娃菜當天吃基本上沒怎麼斷生有個草味真的太生了，裡頭的茭白筍我個人也覺得在烤時蔬裡頭沒什麼味道，這一道基本上整個都沒什麼味道跟我印象中溫烤蔬菜類型的菜都不太一樣，就是沒什麼味道所以也不好評論，會希望稍微鹹一點或是用比較有特色的香料再做調味，最後我覺得用餐環境是很好的，有一位戴眼鏡的店員當天那個時段就只有我這一桌我其實很擔心會蠻不自在的，但出乎意料的用餐環境很放鬆跟舒適，餐點其實都還是在水準之上，是一家如果今天是週五晚上在吃過晚飯後想跟好友喝上一杯聊個天時會去的地方，以餐酒館來說整體還是非常不錯的，但如果以要吃晚餐的西餐廳來說份量上偏少，其他部分的話相信也都會慢慢變得更好的看得出來是一家有料的店。
