早上用app點餐，依顯示時間過去取餐 先生拿回家車程不用三分鐘 習慣性會把早餐打開檢查後在食用 其中有點了草莓和花生湯種吐司「不用烤」 結果打開看湯種吐司是靠邊下緣的部份是呈現黃灰黃灰 吐司明明是沒烤過卻摸地來很乾 吐司邊也一撥就斷掉，這不是湯種嗎？ 去電詢問還換了三個店員跟我對話 只是一直強調他們吐司都是新鮮送來的 還說他們吐司本來就是黃的 ((??????? 但消費者真的不是白痴不懂 店家前一天或當天收到的吐司不代表供應商是提供新鮮現作的吐司 新鮮的吐司由其又是湯種絕對不可能是這種觸感和顏色，口感更乾 店家應該是去注意了解供應商那裡出了什麼問題 而不是一直強調吐司都是新鮮的 供應商有問題，店家又不把關，倒楣的還是消費者 ． 有問題的吐司有打包送回去店家 也只是解釋可能吐司做好冷凍或運送的問題 但追根究底就是店家沒有做食材安全的把關 解釋這些都是多餘的就像在推卸責任 ． 在很多地區都吃過拉亞 真的沒有吃過像青埔店這樣的品質 真心希望你們店家需要檢討食安問題 不然消費者真的很倒楣還要聽店員那些毫無邏輯的解釋

向櫃檯反應肉量沒比一片番茄大多少，跟APP圖片的肉量差太多，櫃檯人員從冰箱拿出一小塊雞胸肉說公司教肉量是切四片，後來又改口說是這塊雞胸肉切一半後，把這一半再切四片給你，說怕切太薄幫我切三片，然後櫃檯說上面有寫圖片僅供參考，我說APP從點餐到結帳可都沒寫，櫃檯開始翻找紙本菜單出來找，找不到，繼續翻紙本點餐單出來找，還是找不到，直到我完全沒吃走出店門櫃檯人員都沒找到僅供參考寫在哪裡。

向櫃檯反應肉量沒比一片番茄大多少，跟APP圖片的肉量差太多，櫃檯人員從冰箱拿出一小塊雞胸肉說公司教肉量是切四片，後來又改口說是這塊雞胸肉切一半後，把這一半再切四片給你，說怕切太薄幫我切三片，然後櫃檯說上面有寫圖片僅供參考，我說APP從點餐到結帳可都沒寫，櫃檯開始翻找紙本菜單出來找，找不到，繼續翻紙本點餐單出來找，還是找不到，直到我完全沒吃走出店門櫃檯人員都沒找到僅供參考寫在哪裡。

非常不愉快的訂餐經驗，點第一道菜就說你那份是舊的，我說我在你們google商店看的，要我去找新的，心裡想你們沒有更新，還要我去哪裡找新的。我大約6：40打電話訂餐，每點完一個餐點就回答還有呢？還有呢？還有呢？讓人無法喘息的點餐，我也很快速的回答他所要點的菜色，這就算了，更離譜的是7：00到店取餐，他們回覆還沒好，當時店內大約還有5位客人，然後後面還有一位阿伯總共大約六位，我又等了15分鐘，殊不知。我的餐點早就已經好了在那邊放著，我的疑問是，你既然好了為何不叫號一下？？我知道現在疫情問題，所以我也不敢一直去問櫃檯也不敢催促他們出餐，就傻傻的等。我真心覺得你們...
