We had tried their milk tea and food at their taichung branch, so we did try it here at taimall branch. We ordered 2 for take.out abd they have promo less 15% so i just paid 338nt for 2cup...it's 190 nt per large cup w/o promo. Taste is abit more vland than we had at taichung branch. Pricey is really pricey 190 for a large cup it's 3times the price of other milk tea shop. ...

一直以來都蠻喜歡春水堂餐點 某一次想帶毛孩一起去用餐 於是有事先詢問店家是否能帶寵物 得到的答覆是「可以，但要裝袋不落地」 當時覺得開心又驚訝，春水堂居然是友善餐廳 於是這二、三年，只要有帶毛孩去用餐都會裝袋不落地

今天又帶毛孩去用餐，排到我們了 突然跟我說寵物要裝袋，且頭不能露出來 我當下先是錯愕，並告知說明多次來用餐 你們從來沒說過頭不能露，只說明要裝袋不能落地 人員回我「可是我們一直以來都是這樣」 一直強調「頭就是不能露出來，你們店長怎樣怎樣啥洨的，就是包包拉鏈整個拉起來，寵物不能整個露出來包括頭，你們一直以來都是這樣的規定」 妳明知看我裝寵物的包包如果拉鍊全拉起，包包會是完全密封的，妳大姊的一直強調頭不能露，拉鍊要全拉才行 你有沒有人性啊？妳心裡變態是嗎？

我一開始還沒那麽不爽，但後面一直強調這些話讓我火瞬間上來

我一開始單純只是想知道⋯ 為什麼我帶毛孩去那麼多次了 你們也一直以來沒有說過「頭也不能露」 頂多入座前會提醒寵物要裝袋不能落地 這次卻要我把寵物整個塞進包包裡拉鍊要全拉起來，頭也不能外露才能用餐？？

前檯那2位大姊 你們應變處理讓人感到非常不舒服 當下不是應該要檢討你們自己內部沒溝通好規定 一副好像我是澳客一樣，這到底關顧客什麼屁事啊？

離開後我真的是氣到一個不行，後面打電話過去想問清楚到底規定是怎樣請一次講清楚 接電話是男店員 吿知狀況後，也是跟我說規定確實一直都是這樣 但有跟我說不好意思，告知教育溝通上出了問題，會在加強 我不是什麼澳客，我一直遵守一開始你們跟我說的「可以帶寵物，但要裝袋不能落地」 帶毛孩去了不知道幾次了，重來沒有遇過店員說「頭也不能露」，直到今天才知道⋯
