Lao Yuan Beef Noodle Restaurant — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

We had our lunch here its maybe 2pm so not much customer dinning. Its our 2nd attempt to dine here. The 1st one is 2days ago around 8pm when we drop by its their closing time so we try earlier this time to try this beef noodle house. We order 3 beef noodles 2 big and 1 small and i ordered the 3kinds beef, includes beef meat,beef tendon and beef tripe. All meat are tender not overcook nor undercook. Plus big serving and you can ask them to refill beef broth, i exactly refill once. Its the taste im looking for. The service is great even elders are working here place...

睡前來個兇的，號稱「70年老口味」，外省老兵民國37年帶來台灣的配方，位在桃園的老袁牛肉麵。

對於我這種從小吃麵食長大的外省北方人，常常為了吃碗還不錯的麵，跑去台北的史記、老張、桃源街之類，像是林東芳還是桃園的，大部分牛肉麵真的都不太ok，大概只有春日路的巧合珍（滷菜可以過關）

看到70年老口味這種標題太吸引我，毫不猶豫衝去，點了滿桌，接下來就是實測心得：

1.小菜相當不錯，特別是醋溜木耳、滷牛筋、乾絲，做得非常有水準。

2.有大量酸菜可夾，如影片和圖，超大碗、價格實惠，確實是遠便宜於台北，這邊的一百多的麵，應該台北要280以上吧。

3.「口味」最重要的來了，我看了網路負評多半寫太鹹，沒錯！還真是重口味！但是我想說的是，這還真的是我小時候爺爺奶奶、爸爸媽媽帶我吃的外省店，才會有的調味，所以很合我胃口，如果我是老闆，應該也會對那些淡口的人說：「不喜歡吃不要來！」

4.炸醬麵也非常好吃，特別是「圓粗型拉麵條」，是我心中最好的北方麵選擇，可惜少了黃瓜和豆乾，不然炸醬麵我應該也會跟到接近滿分。

結論。

很外省、很北方，重口味程度幾乎接近我二十多年前在北京吃到的味道，不過還是有改良。（大陸的真的太鹹），辣油、酸菜、麵條、湯頭都正確，值得推薦，但如果是吃清爽的真的不用來，「紅燒」啊！各位！...
