I've only ordered through Uber, so gave 5 stars because I don't have basis to judge.
I'm mostly writing this review because while the food is excellent (I think it has the potential to be one of the best places for pizza in Taoyuan), there are a few things holding it back, so I hope someone sees this and makes a few improvements.
I've ordered the margaherita pizza twice now, the salmon salad, and the meatballs in marinara. All of the food has amazing flavor. The seasonings are -amazing- the ingredients taste fresh, and it tastes like everything is made with care.
My complaint is that each time I ordered the pizza it came -cold- and not just delivery took too long so it's now lukewarm cold, I mean -cold- . The pizza crust was also soggy (I don't mind it being on the softer side, but this was a bit excessive). That being said the flavor has been so good that I do plan to order again.
The marinara meatballs we tasty, but also arrived cold (not as cold as the pizza).
The salmon salad could due with more salmon, but the dressing was wonderful.
Altogether, this place has amazing flavors and you can clearly taste the difference between this restaurant and some of the other places around town. I just hope they work to fix the issue with temperature and the soggy pizza crust because if they do this will be by far some of the best pizza/ Italian...
Read moreI'd definitely go back for their regular pizzas, as the crust was good, it was light, firm, and crispy. The margherita was delightful. We also tried their focaccia-style pizza, but I wouldn't order it again. It felt more like pizza on top of croutons and didn't really work for me. The porchetta also missed the mark; they put a salad on top of what's supposed to be a crispy pork pizza, which just didn't work. Ended on a high note the tiramisu...

但是餐點之外有很多問題,順著時間線分享:
套餐中有兩碗濃湯,明明有上但只上了一碗(點餐單上面明確寫了數量2),等了非常久忍不住,問了服務人員,才趕緊補上一碗,但有表示抱歉,所以這個我們沒有特別在意
18:05送出餐點,等了10-20分鐘之後,老闆(感覺是老闆)才來跟我們說,雙拼披薩(選兩種口味)不能選某某口味,雖然菜單上的確有寫到這部分(牛肉口味不能雙拼),不過是在主要口味選擇的另外一頁,而且屬於備註事項沒有特別明顯,而且即便如此,也應該在點餐後就即時詢問要換什麼口味,而不是等了10-20分鐘後才來詢問
(在這時隔壁桌比我們晚進來,但有早點送出單的四人桌客人,已經都上餐完畢並吃到一半)
又等候了15分種左右,老闆跑來說,店員做錯了,請我們再等「五分鐘」就會好了,此時距離送出餐點已經過了30-35分鐘左右,有說不好意思,但輕描淡寫地帶過,並沒有關注我們的不耐和需求,當下我是非常非常傻眼的(同行的太太很客氣,跟老闆說沒關係)
(此時隔壁桌的四人桌客人,已經吃完並起身離開餐廳)
又過了10-15分鐘之後(並非老闆承諾的5分鐘!),18:50,也就是距離送出單的18:05的45分鐘之後,餐點終於送上來了(我們點的僅僅是一個雙拼口味的披薩),老闆送上來也只說了「久等了」,並沒有表達歉意、或任何補償
心情已經大受影響,但還是好好地用餐,在用完餐之後和老闆表示「餐點很好吃,只是真的等很久」,老闆回答「因為製作披薩的是新員工」,卻只有這一句,仍未表達對我們的歉意或補償
平心而論餐點的確是好吃的,只是「服務」以及「尊重客人的態度」、「體察客人的心情」這些,我摸著良心說,都非常不及格,而且如果做不到、或沒有把握做到,就別對客人做出承諾(指的是「再等五分鐘就好」的這句話),另外分享兩個補充:
結帳前,因為換過口味,我有先跟老闆提過價格應該會降低,老闆也知道這件事情,但卻沒有轉告結帳服務人員,在結帳時還是秀出了錯誤的數字,表示有錯誤老闆才上前來重新計算(現場還另外花時間計算)
老闆表示雖然沒有達到指定金額,但還是送我們集章一點,本以為是對我們的補償,結果老闆拿出手機要我掃QRcode,一看就知道是官方LINE,不只有變相要客人加入LINE的不舒服感,而且任何人其實都是可以加入的,實質上根本就不存在「送我們」這件事情,從行銷手段來看可以理解,但卻夾雜著誘導加入官方LINE的意味,令人感到不舒服(當然這也是從等候餐點一直到結帳錯誤,持續累積起來的不舒服、不信任感)
