Archi is superb – a true must-dine experience. Guests may choose between two set menus: a 7-course or an 11-course option, each offering a selection of main courses. Advance booking upon check-in is highly recommended to avoid disappointment, as the restaurant is closed every Wednesday.
From the moment of arrival, the attentive staff warmly welcome guests and share the restaurant’s concept while escorting them to their table. After serving water, diners are invited into a secret room where the evening begins with an introduction to the menu’s ingredients and three exclusive wines, specially created in collaboration between the chef and a wine specialist. These wines are unique and not available for purchase.
The dining journey unfolds seamlessly. The wine pairings recommended by the knowledgeable staff complement the dishes exceptionally well. Each course is distinctive and delicious, delivering a memorable gastronomic experience. The service team is highly interactive, professional, and well-versed in both the menu and wine.
The ambience is comfortable and refined, with an atmosphere that encourages guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience. It is no surprise to see many returning patrons.

From amuse bouche to dessert we see & tasted seasonal local ingredients incorporated with ingredients commonly used in other parts of the world.
Some of the notable dishes from dinner were the assorted seafood with zesty sauce, green onion bread with balsamic or peanut butter, seasonal veggie platter, bluefin tuna bun, mullet roe farfalle & mascarpone ice cream with olive oil and tofu shavings.
The service was wonderfully accommodating & attentive as we had kids in our party & quite a few questions about the ingredients & sauces the servers seem enthusiastic on answering our questions about each dish.

八月收到簡訊宣傳時立馬就下訂一泊二食方案(喝酒不開車),直到行前才收到餐廳送來定案的餐點內容,一看就覺得不太妙..10道裹5道是麵加上定番料理的蔥花捲總共6道澱粉。 既來之則安之就享受看看吧~ 結果,完全不同於第一次的細緻、創意與美味。 這一次感覺很像在吃坊間小店,口味道道重鹹,原本期待交響樂卻成了年輕人澎湃高昂青春的吶喊。 Wine pairing只有第一道年輕的白酒因單寧酸與海鮮&江振誠總監去法國酒莊酒莊挑的波爾多酒因酒體重與豬肉捲,餐酒搭配得宜。其餘的搭酒則普通,另外有一道麵,上面有不知什麼的條狀炸物,鹹到我覺得真的很想喝酒,好柔和重油重鹹重口味,但這道卻沒有任何搭酒。與朋友討論推測原因是因為這樣子的重口味必須要搭酒體厚重的酒,但酒體重酒的價位可能就不是這個+1980 Wine Pair可以搭配得起?!只好喝了一大堆的水..
總之,這一次的Archi令人失望,如果要吃義大利麵就近吃Pasta Co. 本店,一盤麵也才三百元多?!
