I came to the restaurant on 5th March 2021 for lunch with my wife. It's a famous restaurant for beef noodles that I knew on the internet. When I went here approx at am11:00, it surprises me that so many people waiting over the gateway. After five minutes, the restaurant starts to business, so everyone keeps a line to order at the counter. We order two bowls of three treasures beef noodles and two side dishes. The three treasures beef noodles cost 280 NT dollars for each bowl, so I think it's not cheap for beef noodles. When I taste the soup of beef, I can feel some light Chinese herbs in it. Then I taste the beef shank, and it's easy to chew, but it diced too huge let me feel greasy immediately. The beef tripe diced too huge too, and it's hard to chew, so it should be careful of elders. The Beef tendon taste is good. The environment of the restaurant is clean and light. All in all, in my opinion, the taste of beef noodles is over the average. Although the beef was in huge pieces, the noodle, in itself, was terrible.
I would not recommend to visit this restaurant in hot seasons, especially in summer, as the air conditioner was not powerful.
I would like to complain about the poor attitude of the service personnel. We were not allowed to be seated until we had paid the orders, though there were many dining tables available at that time -- I have never encountered such a poor customer...
龍記牛肉麵@秒殺的牛三寶,不用趕一開門排隊也吃得到喔!
早聽說宜蘭頭城有間牛肉麵很紅,想吃他們家的三寶麵,還得搶在剛開店十分鐘內就要去排隊,要不然限量的很快賣完! 我們貢估了二次,一次是遇到週日公休,第二次是遇到"臨時"公休領號碼牌--等店家叫號安排座位。
店裡座位算是很多了,但依然一開門就秒殺的客滿,等我們到達時都不知排到第幾輪了XD
店家11點開門,而我們是11點半才到,當時就看到已有10幾人在排隊了, 不過店家很有效率,大約排10分鐘就輪到我,半小時後就有位置了!可能平日來也比較快吧!?
牛三寶的菜單就在櫃台上面,點餐先結帳,再領取號碼牌之後等店家叫號囉! 這裡有名的是牛三寶(牛肉牛筋牛肚),都專程來了當然要點有名的啊,(即使一碗要$260!) 但是!就在我拍完這張後,牛三寶賣完了.....只差前面三組客人了啊.... 那那那~那就只好換個方法來吃牛三寶囉~XDDD

等了十分鐘後拿到了號碼牌。
等候位置時間到處拍拍, 沒想到這間來過的藝人也挺多的~~
第一次看到在筷子消毒機,真是特別。
我們大約等了半小時後就有座位,小菜部份會先上桌,之後大約十分鐘後,牛肉麵才上桌。
涼拌小黃瓜$40、黃金蔬果泡菜$50、溫泉黃金蛋$15 小黃瓜和泡菜,口味都是偏甜,蔬果泡菜雖看起來紅紅的,但其實一點都不辣,帶點蔬果的甜味,吃起來很順口, 也另外有在販售一罐的,因為是隔天才要回台北,打算隔天再來,但沒想到店家只營業到下午二點,根本來不及買XD
牛肉麵(大)$200、(小)$150 大小碗差一點量,牛肉部份則是大碗四塊,小碗三塊。
裡面除了牛肉外,還有一點小白菜及蔥花, 牛肉湯頭帶點中藥味,不油膩且濃郁甘甜,跟外面紅燒的不太一樣,很對我們口味。
再來令我讚嘆的是他們的牛肉很厚!應該是外面牛肉麵的2倍厚! 咬起來特別有口感,而且肉質軟嫩也不柴,還帶點彈性,吃完嘴裡還帶點香氣!好吃!若有機會我還會想再來吃!
麵條就一般般,煮的算是軟硬適中,大眾口味。
既然吃不到牛三寶,那點小菜來DIY搭配總行吧!?其實是偷看朋友的IDEA,哈哈~ 不過店家也會主動跟客人推薦這樣的組合喔!
切牛筋/牛肚(拼盤)$150 菜單上原本是分開項目,但你點這二樣,店家通常就會幫你拼盤算一個價格了!
牛筋牛肚滷的算是有入味,口感也算不錯,不過我對牛肉的印象比較好。
看看自製DIY的牛三寶也學校的有模有樣的啊! 這樣加一加(牛肉麵一大一小+拼盤)才$500,一人$250,比牛三寶$260便宜一點耶!還不用搶在剛開店時去喔!XDDD
龍記牛肉麵果然名不虛傳,不論是湯頭或是牛肉都深得我心,有機會到頭城的朋友可以試看看, 若沒有一定要吃牛三寶的朋友不用趕在一開店就去啦~呵呵XD
