西紅柿麵食店 — Restaurant in Wenshan District

First of all, I agree with other comments that the attitude of the staff (an older lady) in the restaurant is not very good. She's a bit loud and might come across as rude to some people. I’ve lived in Taiwan for a while, so I kind of understand and am used to it. However, not everyone will feel the same way.

As for the food, I ordered fried rice and egg soup, which were not bad at all. My friend ordered beef noodles, which looked good. The ingredients were quite rich and delicious.

So, I think I would go back for a quick meal again if I pass by Wanfang hospital. Just ignore the staff and let...

Pretty good beef noodle, beef is tender and meaty, broth is a bit heavy but still acceptable and they have a special kind of noodle that is Chewy, goes well with their soup.

Something even more tasty is their salmon fry rice. All most every grain of rice is covered in that rich, flavourful, shiny oil, their fry rice does not stick and not mushy at all....

*牛肉拉麵 $160 最大特色是香氣濃烈的湯頭！外帶的話可以清楚看到組成—【碗裝的麵條+牛肉】淋上有豆瓣、香菜、蒜末、酸菜、辣椒等辛香料的醬汁調味，【袋裝高湯】則是有牛香的清湯，含白蘿蔔、番茄(+少量紅蘿蔔)，混在一起滋味絕佳。 牛肉塊滷的入味，有時稍鹹，而拉麵麵條略呈波浪、偏軟(個人都是外帶，不確定內用口感如何)

*鮮蝦肉絲蔬菜拉麵 $150 以高麗菜為底，湯清甜 是尾端有殼的鮮蝦👍(不是化學蝦仁)，還有肉絲、蛋、木耳

⚠️2024/4更新： *蝦仁肉絲炒飯 $145 飯吃起來有明顯蝦味(有加蝦米)，肉絲有存在感&肉香，整體不錯 但！不是天然蝦仁，有經過化學物質處理過，好失望🥲 微透明、口感不自然的Q彈、沒有蝦味，只比一般小吃店常見的化學蝦仁好一點：更大隻、蝦尾完整。 推測品名有「鮮蝦」的才是天然蝦，「蝦仁」則是化學蝦仁。希望只是這樣，不是全面改用化學蝦仁... ⚠️2025/7更新： 牛肉炒飯...
