Some people might think that you can find this place anywhere and that it's just a simple restaurant, but I love 12 Hot Pot 我愛石二鍋. For me, the soup and the quality of food here exceed my expectations, especially considering the price, which is not too high. You get meat and veggies that make you really full. The minimum you might have to pay is less than 300 NTD. I love this place. Cheers to 12 Hot Pot!

Some people might think that you can find this place anywhere and that it's just a simple restaurant, but I love 12 Hot Pot 我愛石二鍋.

For me, the soup and the quality of food here exceed my expectations, especially considering the price, which is not too high. You get meat and veggies that make you really full. The minimum you might have to pay is less than 300 NTD.

王品集團的石二鍋大概是我近期用過最爛的數位點餐系統。一般數位點餐是先掃QR code 之後直接下單石二鍋是強迫使用line 的系統、因此還需要強迫交出社交平台的權限同意、為何我還沒吃就得要加你好友？光這點就直接讓我火大

線上系統點餐欄位有夠差、一般都會圖文並茂、這家就真的是文字點餐連介紹都沒、基本資訊根本少的可憐

點完餐之後、還要自己到櫃檯、服務生還要問你座哪邊？我問號？偉哉設計、你何必線上點餐？所有指令都必須在櫃檯完成、只差在掃描QR code、而且連座位資訊都要人工安排。

接下來問請問有會員嗎、你有發現自家有一個會員App嗎？一個結帳需要開兩個app? 然後會員條碼藏在「支付/累扣點」這按鈕不在最下層的功能頁、營運和app企劃以及UI設計師可以解雇了、一個結帳流程、竟然不是把付款最重要的按鈕放在中間、讓顧客花時間找會員條碼？一間上市公司耶⋯市面上這麼多家模板可以參考？

所以一個內用步驟變成、一定要有手機、而且還要line 帳號、國外人士我還不知道如何解決、點餐去櫃檯、切王品app和line...
