Mars Coffee is an amazing little place if you’re serious about coffee and serious about focus. Their coffee is pristine and carefully crafted. Each sip is bursting with flavor and the notes shift and change from beginning to end; the true mark of artisan coffee. The space is clean and modern while still feeling warm and inviting. The vibe is quiet and relaxed. This is not the loud kind of cafe with music blasting and patrons talking over each other. This is the kind of place where you can sit and read or work while enjoying an energizing cup of coffee....

Nice and great place to work and study. It is usually not crowded during week days. The menu includes house roasted coffee, tea, desserts, and sandwiches. I tried their lemon tart. 「陽光明媚的午後，值得把一切都化繁為簡，單純就很美味的餐點與咖啡，讓自己過度一段輕鬆的獨處時刻」。

從萬芳醫院經過不消太多時間，就可以到格局簡約、寬敞的 Mars Coffee。內部並沒有只有部分的木質裝潢與一些擺設，把空間盡量留給來訪的客人，不論選在哪個位置都可以很自在舒適。老闆會自烘咖啡，室內充滿咖啡香氣令人相當愉悅，自製甜點跟三明治也比較單純、沒有太花俏的外觀和口味，但對想放空，簡單一點的人剛剛好。

🥗：三明治套餐 - 迷迭香雞腿/ 280 元 三明治可以選擇是貝果或是可頌，然後會附上一杯深烘焙美式咖啡，這次特別加價升級為拿鐵。三明治裡是厚實的蛋、雞腿肉與生菜相疊，麵包只有輕抹上一點奶油提香。剛出爐溫熱 Q 彈的貝果麵香十足也不乾口，比較無味的蛋賦予一些濕潤感，把重點都留給雞腿肉。雞腿肉風味也很清爽，迷迭香的味道明顯但不會太嗆，雞肉軟嫩越嚼越甜。整體不是很濃郁味道，但也因此吃起來毫無負擔。

☕️：深烘焙拿鐵/ 140 元 使用老闆自烘的深烘焙配方豆，搭配不少的六甲田莊鮮乳。雖然這次是做成冰咖啡，不過沒有減損咖啡的香氣，反而覺得冰鎮的關係，咖啡減少深烘焙濃烈的苦澀感，更多的是綿長的堅果、巧克力的香氣。鮮乳則是輕甜帶著淡淡的、一樣不過濃的奶香，整體喝來如同加了一點蜂蜜提味的堅果牛奶巧克力飲，順口到令人一下就飲盡。
