平時就喜歡隨意放大地圖，來個線上散步，尋找沒去過的、非連鎖咖啡店，昨天心血來潮想說看看比較少來的萬芳醫院站附近，就看到撥啡，週六下午抵達，店裡小小的，大概只有6.7個位置，幾乎坐滿，而且感覺都是常客，點了冰拿鐵和鬆餅，冰拿鐵真是驚為天人，奶泡綿密、豆香與奶香比例得宜，尾韻有一點點酸，因此就算喝完整杯也不會膩，喝到最後冰塊融化了也不覺得淡。鬆餅現烤，剛上桌酥脆可口，沾鮮奶油很搭，後來才發現還可以加醬淋巧克力醬等，下次可以再試試。由於覺得意猶未盡，再加點某則評論極為稱讚的水蜜桃氣泡咖啡和布丁，一喝真的是很想起立鼓掌，水蜜桃的清香、咖啡豆香和清爽的氣泡完美融合，真的很消暑。布丁本身算是紮實的口感、偏硬，一顆吃下去很有飽足感，焦糖醬很好吃，不會死甜。整體飲食體驗很棒，但可能因為店裡大多是做熟客生意，有些客人跟老闆聊太嗨，可能會忘記控制音量，如果容易因聲音分心的客人可以帶個耳機來消費。 ------------------------------------ 回應老闆回覆： 第一次看到如此迅速的評論回覆，希望老闆不要介意，我的意思並不是批評店內很吵雜喔，一開始坐在旁邊聽你們聊天其實很有生活感、蠻有趣的，我覺得這樣很棒，表示老闆和客人建立良好互動關係，只是後來我自己坐比較久（所以這是貴店的優點：不限時）所以才有上述的分心感覺，不過其實我也只是在放空，所以沒關係的～咖啡、甜點和氛圍都很棒，期待趕快再去！

兩年前，在這條只有連鎖咖啡廳的路上，突然出現一間頗有質感的職人咖啡館，但因爲招牌不明顯，座位不多，每次都只是路過瞄了一眼，也不太敢踏進門一探究竟。 就在某一天，在台北scone地圖上看到了這家店的名字，好奇心驅使下查了google評論，才發現這家小小的店面已經攻佔了文山區居民的心～ 有著娃娃臉的型男老闆很勤勞，每天早上0730開業，店內販售的一般拿鐵及單品價格約定位在Louisa與Starbucks之間。價格雖不貴，可品質絲毫不隨便，比起很多早午餐店及網美咖啡廳，其咖啡甜點可說是有過之而無不及，是值得在地人好好支持的優良店家！ 除此之外，外表看似酷酷的老闆其實很親切健談，輕鬆自在的店內氛圍，讓彼此不認識的人就這樣放下手機交談了起來。 剛才有那麼一瞬間，店裡變成文山區里民大會，老闆、我爸媽及另一組附近居民開始暢談、分享自己的美食清單xD （老闆真的很懂吃、懂文山區！！！） 謝謝老闆願意來我們這片美食沙漠深耕！雖然平日上下班時間好像搭不上，假日也時常不在家，但有空時一定不忘來跟老闆點一杯☕️！可能明天一早又會去了吧～
