mainly, when i requested for a bento, the lady with bangs and who seemed to run the show could not understand my order and made me order 3 seperate dishes with rice. subsequently after my order, a few parties ordered the exact order i had requested, which was the bento and NOT 3 seperate dishes. i spoke in clear mandarin and she still adamantly made me order 3 dishes and not the bento set, which i forgot to mention, was expensive too.
