我們晚上6.40分左右進店，6.50點完餐，等到了7.35左右才拿到第一道水蓮，7.40才拿到我的第一道菜，還不知道為什麼是應該最後上的三色糰子，這還是我朋友等太久去跟服務員說要取消的結果。 然後爛成這樣我以為不會再爛了，直到牛小排一直不上我朋友跑去問服務員有在做嗎，服務生表示有在做了，過一段時間再問一次，你們知道發生什麼事嗎？服務生：喔喔，我們牛小排賣完了，已經幫你們取消，忘記跟你們講。喔哇，電影都不敢這麼演。 這樣就算了，百頁豆腐也一直沒上，問一下服務生，服務生又表示：喔喔，我們百頁豆腐也沒了，幫你們取消，忘記通知了。 我不知道啦，反正我應該是有看到這個服務生端著百頁豆腐跟牛小排經過我們旁邊為其他桌“剛來”的客人上菜。 當你以為我就抱怨道這邊，沒有，餐點超貴根本不符合品質，牛板鍵老到可以見秦始皇，三樣各將近100塊的菜擺在同一個小盤子，整個用餐體驗唯一好的只有調味料還有僅剩一點良心的雞皮不錯吃吧。 順帶一題牛板鍵250，三色糰子一串60，三樣菜分別是青椒、四季豆跟櫛瓜。 我個人吃了615，還不如去吃7-11的冷凍雞排。 這邊附上等了1個小時還抱有一點希望拍出來的三色糰子以示證明，希望店家別再刷google評論害人了。

宜蘭真的出現越來越多 水準非常高 品質非常好 如果是在東區吃到 也覺得很合理的店家

這家位在宜蘭大學旁邊的串燒店 從晚上6點開始營業到凌晨2點

提供肉類、蔬菜、海鮮...等 各式新鮮串燒

自己到冰箱選食材 然後交給專業的燒烤師傅 幫你烤！

夾完食材後只需要回到座位上 靜等美食上桌啦～😋

所有的烤串都烤得恰到好處 醃漬的醬料也都調的剛剛好 總之就是會讓人豎起大拇指說好吃的燒烤！

重點是這裡單串最低價格 竟然只要$20！！！

防疫便當很優質，CP值很高，份量大，甚至可以兩個人分食

但是購買流程不太優

首先分批拿號碼牌就沒有辦法避免群聚的問題，因為大家要一直在原地等待才能拿到號碼牌，至少要在原地30分鐘左右才能拿到號碼牌，到拿到餐點要一個小時以上 號碼牌跟結帳可以在開始營業的時候加快速度結帳，而不是10分鐘發一批人這樣後面的人要繼續在原地等待 然後在號碼牌上寫上幾點幾分來領取餐點就可以，這樣住附近的人可以先回家等待或是去其他空曠處等待，時間到了再到店門口領取，至少可以減少一些群聚

既不會在排隊等待的時候造成長時間群聚也不會有不公平的問題，先點完餐點確定時間再領取也可以確保後面排隊候補的人不會等了很久卻買不到（後面的人也提早來而且等很久，明明只要提早結帳統計就不會發生這樣的問題⋯）

另外對於份數的管理應該再加強 一天50份 四種的份數應該早就決定好並準備好材料和備用材料 沒有控管好點餐付款之後在等待的過程才發現某些份數不足，詢問可不可以換其他的品項，這樣子有點觀感欠佳，當下排隊已經很久也不想白白浪費已經花掉時間所以答應，但店家應該要事先準備好這樣子的對策會比較好

希望貴店可以參考這樣子的方式，讓防疫便當更好 店內有相當多適合製作成便當的食材，如果未來會常態推出便當品項，份量少一...
