One of the best bars I've been to in Taiwan and worth a trip to Yilan just for the cocktails here! Amazing bar staff, very creative menu, and a massive selection of spirits and liqueurs. Menu is on Instagram but the bartenders speak English and will happily make a custom drink to your taste!

The entrance is a little hidden but...

Basically they do not welcome guests without reservation. If you plan to drop by for a drink after dinner, you'd better book ahead. Further, it is mandatory to take off your shoes and wear their used...

少少Hidden，入門就有個小機關遊戲。 第一杯，無論口感同味道都層次豐富。Bar玩日式，所以有標準化，要用磅去秤，腦中浮現劉華：「搵人攞走個磅佢呀！攞走個磅！」 第二杯清涼新鮮，適逢有兩咖啡師夫婦出場（他們的咖啡與酒吧做聯乘，自帶靚啡去新鮮調酒） 然後就到我上堂時間，他們討論技法、心法，如何處理令味蕾有更高享受，Rum的製作如何分類，確實嘆為觀止。 而謙遜的Bartender，則自稱是Bar裡最菜的一位，言談間講到DOM Benedictine的玩法，然後他提起Singapore Sling，我就說重來未飲過杯，Bartender哥仔就有信心做一杯高質的，就難得地，我會在一間吧內飲第三杯，確有驚喜，真正調和的熱帶水果風味，愛不釋手。 能遇上好Cocktail Bar又深入的Bartender，傾到計已經難得，仲撞到其他高手交流，學到嘢嘅一晚，難能可貴。

偶然在Google map搜尋到的酒吧~ 看到酒單以及照片覺得十分吸引人，打電話訂位很幸運的還能預約，於是便和朋友一起來一探究竟😆 環境以及氣氛十分舒適，老闆是個十分nice、健談以及誠懇的斜槓青年，白天是室內設計師，晚上是調酒師，為客人量身訂做各種不同的調酒 第一杯點的是柚見一抹春，一開始單飲有著清爽的葡萄柚香氣，接著含一口杯緣的抹茶粉再搭配調酒飲入，讓葡萄柚跟抹茶的香氣提升到不同的層次~ 很耐人尋味且層次感十足的一杯酒🥰 第二杯請老闆幫我做了一杯特調，希望是水果香氣、酒感輕、偏甜的調酒，老闆便用了粉紅琴酒搭配覆盆莓、水蜜桃、蔓越莓及玫瑰做出了一杯粉紅色調的美麗調酒，很剛好的老闆使用的都是我很喜歡的元素，酸甜酒感適中，真的非常非常喜歡這杯調酒，很佩服讚嘆老闆的功力👍 是一間很棒很棒的酒吧~ 很有回到家放鬆與朋友一起閒聊的感覺🤣 有機會絕對會再訪👍
