父山白俠彌月油飯專賣店 — Restaurant in Yilan City

I came there with a friend. At first, it was really nice, we had a chat with the people working there (my friend speaks a bit of Chinese). One of the servers told her how pretty she is, and later was taking a video of her/us without asking for permission. That’s just not ok to do. It made her sad and angry because it could’ve been a nice experience if people would respect personal boundaries and politeness. We are sorry this server is making a bad name to otherwise ok...

Staff was friendly, and the fried calamari was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The porridge was a winner for me as it was rich in pork broth, and the anchovies were poured in at your table before serving. The glutinous rice with fried anchovies was lacking in taste for me, but nonetheless, a yummy treat if you love fried shrimps...

最近到宜蘭市旅遊，特別想要品嚐當地龜山島吻仔魚、白蝦、櫻花蝦等美食，肯定要來「父山白俠」，因為他們正在舉辦一個特別的活動，即是海老酥蝦裝到滿的優惠。這對於愛嚐鮮好奇的Linda來說簡直是一個福利。於是，Linda迫不及待地前往享用這項優惠。

抵達「父山白俠」餐廳後，首先映入眼簾的是小而巧的用餐環境很有日本島國風情。店內裝潢簡潔大方，並且有一個半開放式廚房，讓客人可以清楚地看到廚師們的手藝。而且，餐廳的服務人員非常親切，進入店內的人數有做控管，不會讓入座的人覺得很壓迫擁擠及催逼。

經過一番選擇後點了海老酥蝦裝到滿的餐點，加點了份30元的泡菜作為開胃菜。不久後，餐點就上桌了看到泡菜，腸子都悔青了，就是煮韓式泡菜鍋的那種泡菜，一小碟的份量，原本想要補充蔬菜量的計畫，看來下午茶還要再補一份。來到了Linda桌上的是一份父山招牌海老酥蝦粥，這道料理滿滿色澤金黃的海老酥蝦當著你的面前倒滿的視覺畫面很震撼，香氣撲鼻，每一口酥蝦都入味又鮮嫩，讓人垂涎欲滴。

接著，品嚐到了自取的奶茶、油條、紅豆絲、肉鬆，都是搭配粥品的好朋友，這些搭配可以看見老闆設計時的用心。紅豆絲不太甜...
