I came there with a friend. At first, it was really nice, we had a chat with the people working there (my friend speaks a bit of Chinese). One of the servers told her how pretty she is, and later was taking a video of her/us without asking for permission. That’s just not ok to do. 抵達「父山白俠」餐廳後,首先映入眼簾的是小而巧的用餐環境很有日本島國風情。店內裝潢簡潔大方,並且有一個半開放式廚房,讓客人可以清楚地看到廚師們的手藝。而且,餐廳的服務人員非常親切,進入店內的人數有做控管,不會讓入座的人覺得很壓迫擁擠及催逼。
經過一番選擇後點了海老酥蝦裝到滿的餐點,加點了份30元的泡菜作為開胃菜。不久後,餐點就上桌了看到泡菜,腸子都悔青了,就是煮韓式泡菜鍋的那種泡菜,一小碟的份量,原本想要補充蔬菜量的計畫,看來下午茶還要再補一份。來到了Linda桌上的是一份父山招牌海老酥蝦粥,這道料理滿滿色澤金黃的海老酥蝦當著你的面前倒滿的視覺畫面很震撼,香氣撲鼻,每一口酥蝦都入味又鮮嫩,讓人垂涎欲滴。
