住的是1400的雙人床房，優點是離火車站真的非常近，樓下就是便利商店，交通和吃東西很便利，這個價位老旅館本來心裡就沒有要求太多，但是衛生真的差1.有死掉的大蟑螂沒有掃掉（表示“根本沒有掃地”死蟑螂看起來死掉乾掉很久了都扁脆了）2.蓮蓬頭的管線發霉嚴重，壁紙也發霉，舊被子在櫃子裡看起有點可怕不敢蓋....氣味不是很好，窗型的老冷氣震天響，床單上有很多煙燒的孔洞，沒有沐浴用品（記得跟櫃台索取小包裝）,除此之外這個價位和交通冷氣能爽吹，單間有浴缸浴室、有簡易吹風機、有小型冰箱、公共陽台有曬衣場和洗衣機，也沒什麼好嫌棄的，就是基礎衛生真的該加強！！！管理層如果有看到的話，建議該省的別省了，蓮蓬頭管線沒幾個錢、該花該修的要修理~被子要換一下換成輕型的塑膠纖維被子都好過舊重棉被~~~看起來黏膩的座位的墊子和窗簾也可以更新了，素色廉價物都好過髒黏膩舊物~

CHECK IN 在四樓,感覺是家庭式經營,我們入住時的櫃檯服務人員是一位阿姨,人很親切.有提供早餐,是附近的麥當勞餐卷喔~設備雖較舊但蠻整潔的,房間的view很好.地點相當好,就在火車站旁,夜市也是走路就到了,隔壁就是便利商店,很方便,價格也很合理.有需要會再度訂房.

The room is very dusty and toilet is quite old and dirty. I booked room for 2 but the blanket given is so small. The blanket is torn and very dusty. The next morning whole leg were itchy. 隻身前往宜蘭參加研討會 就住比較簡單一點 在易遊網上面訂購距離會場比較近的 阡碩大飯店 週六晚上 單人房 1200元

飯店位在宜蘭火車站前面的光復路上 步行大約5-6分鐘可以抵達 飯店旁邊就是一家7-11 本身算是部分樓層獨立建築 4樓是櫃台 看起來非常家庭式 晚上辦理入住時 阿姨正在吃晚餐 不過住房資料早就由易遊網提供好 很快速就拿到房間鑰匙

房間在7樓 雖然一開始在電梯有霉味 櫃台又很家庭式 本來很擔心是個大地雷 不過房間一開門後 倒是相當滿意

雖然是單人房 但是是配備類似日本SEMI-DOUBLE大小的床 床上是利用乾淨床單鋪上 沒有棉被 衣櫃中也棉被以及毛毯可以使用

房間很大 起碼有6-8坪 很簡單的布置 床 旁邊有梳妝鏡以及簡易桌椅

床前有傳統CRT電視 以及冰箱 有電扇以及冷氣機 冷氣很冷 後來晚上我只有吹電扇即可

浴室也很整潔明亮 而且熱水又大有強 雖然有標示是儲熱式電熱水器 但隔天早上起床出門前 我還再洗一次澡 熱水一樣充沛

訂房還有送麥當勞早餐券

整體來說 地點不錯 距離宜蘭東門夜市也不遠 房間乾淨 隔音也不錯...
