Always love to grab coffee in this chain shop. As usual the matcha cake with white chocolate was great. Lots of bakery products to choose. Staff girls are really lovely. Both indoor and outdoor seating available.

11/3 約15:20點了8杯，等了20分鐘，雖然前面的人也都走了，看到桌上很多大袋子，想說應該是前面有人大量點餐，所以沒有催單。 過了一下另外一位店員問我點了什麼，我說我點8杯，然後他問我「8杯什麼？」並問幫我點餐的實習生「小姐的8杯呢？」他們倆無奈的嘆氣 這時才發現那8杯的貼紙甚至還沒貼到杯子上==那位實習生也沒有任何一句抱歉 他們說要馬上做，大約過了5分鐘 過程中我一直觀察他們到底為什麼這麼慢 就看到那位實習生，把這一袋的飲料拿過去，看了標籤又拿回來，重複了大概4-5次…真的不知道到底在幹嘛 雖然其他人動作也沒有到非常快，但至少有在製作飲料欸，你們是「咖啡店」不是「飲料店」我不要求要非常快，但真的不知道3個店員為什麼飲料產出還這麼慢 真的是一肚子氣 看到好幾個人來想點餐、沒有任何招呼、我很想勸他們不要買了 超爛

因為等太久，他們說5分鐘好，我說我沒辦法等那可以幫我送嗎，他們也說好 過了20分鐘還要我打電話去問：）甚至還一問三不知 要換別人接電話連最基本的「請稍等一下」都不會講 我看辭一辭好了啦，沒心做就不要做

欸然後送過來的還是錯的：） 大杯貼紙貼在中杯...
