●手工鮮肉湯包 4.5星 少見 湯包以磁盤裝盛 話說回來 一般用的蒸籠 上下都通風透氣 對保温這一塊也沒什麼幫助 磁盤 有何不可 只是看起來沒有這麼大器 直接撒上薑絲 也是初聞 若是蒸籠 應該不會這麼幹 湯包塊頭大 裡面的湯汁像灌水一樣 約有一般的1.5倍多 是自己喜歡的水湯 而不是吃多會油膩的油湯 蔥肉餡 味直 幾無調味 談不上跟鼎泰豐比如何 味不差 性價比很高 ●鮮蝦湯包 4.5星 蝦子功能來說是好看 口感好 整隻大蝦添加 咬到時的齒接感舒服 但蝦子的發味並不重 鮮味沒有出來 對味道上面沒有助益 但整體來說還是不錯 ●酸辣湯 嗯4.4星 料給的相當豐富 幾乎看不到湯 尤其是筍絲 爆滿狀態 味道很正 甜，酸度中道 有誠意的一碗 ●奶茶 4.5星 隨點一杯奶茶 茶濃 奶厚 猜測另外的紅茶與豆漿 品質應該都不差 小地方 可見用心
