I used to come to this restaurant to eat porridge when I was feeling unwell. Their fish porridge is delicious. Today I ordered the complete fish porridge, with seasoned tofu, eggs and Chinese chikuwa! This porridge makes you forget the cold! Delicious!

吉林長春路口附近不知是湊巧還是別有緣故，聚集了好幾家供應台南在地料理的餐廳，店名主打虱目魚的景庭就是其中之一。景庭的虱目魚相關料理整體而言和台南本地店家相較似乎份量較少且/或價格較高，但這可以理解，畢竟有環境與相應的成本差異。整體而言，我認為景庭的台南料理可讓人「些許地」一溫台南的風味，為什麼會說「些許」？因為景庭可能是為了部份迎合北部口味而對一些台南的道地調味與手法做了些調整，例如魚皮湯竟會隨附芥末，煎魚腸竟也會附檸檬片，這在台南應該會是無法想像的事，此外，煎魚腸的調味本身也有些過度，魚腸本身也有些零碎，有些可惜。然而，景庭的肉燥飯我個人覺得夠到地，簡單的肉燥丁摻了油蔥，有著簡單的香氣，好吃。無論如何，為了重溫台南肉燥飯和魚皮的美好滋味，我還是會再訪並支持。
