Crispy Calamari Rings ($290): In my opinion, this is such a great combination, calamari rings served with chips. Dipping the crispy and succulent rings with their special cocktail ketchup is the best part.

Paradise Iced Tea ($160): It has been my favourite drink on the menu for a while due to the soft and chewy peach jellies with the amazing flavour of the tea.

It takes 5 minutes to walk from MRT Gongguan exit 4 and not too far away from NTU. It opens at 10 a.m which is a very suitable place to have brunch, but seats on upper floor aren’t opened until 11 a.m.

To top it all off, the prices can be a little high for NTU students but Second Floor Cafe never disappoints. Benevolent service, delicious food, sufficient portions, great quality and decent delivery speed just like the other branches I’ve been to on a regular basis for about a year. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10!

I haven’t been here for a while. They seem to have renovated the whole building plus some changes to their menu (including the prices) The ambiance overall is pretty great & comfy. As for the service, they have done the best possible, yet somehow they appear to follow some kind of SOP. For instance, the risotto dish we ordered was overly salty & I'm quite sure that’s not how “spicy” tastes like. However, when we raised this concern, the server didn't really know how to respond and just said it's how the cook seasoned the dish. Honestly, I had to bring the risotto back home & made some huge modifications to make it more edible. Apart from the risotto, all the dishes did maintain their good standards.
