Staff Only Club — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

The interior is very nice and the drinks are good BUT I would like to say that I am very disappointed with everything else. I came here to celebrate early Christmas dinner with my friends and of course we want to document it. As a person who likes to take pictures, I would say this place is NOT worth the money. It kills my mood to know that I can’t use my flash. I also think that it is very unreasonable to have this no flash rule especially when the place is very dark. I do understand the inconvenience if there are a lot of people. but there is only a few people in that place. I think it is still tolerable to take a few pictures with flash. The cocktails are very good but I am disappointed with the service. The waitress speaks in a nice tone but we were rushed to go home, and we were surprised because from what is written in the google maps they are supposed to close on 1 AM but it was still 11 PM when they rushed us to go home and there’s also still one another group chilling in the corner.. and there are no one else left?? so why are we rushed to get out of the place? Overall my experience here is bad. I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to come to this place and have fun with my friends. I really do not recommend to come to this place if you’re having an important event you want to keep in...

It went from 5 stars to 1... Very nice speakeasy, cocktail is 5* . Highly recommend the India and Mexico ones. Things happened after we checked the bill. We finished 2 drinks for each, checked the bill and called Uber. Uber is 5 mins away, so after checking the bill there are another 3 minutes so we sit and wait. Then when we stood up and walked towards the door, the waitress asked if we had checked the bill... I mean I know I don't look like the richest people on earth, and yes I may have an ugly face. But how on earth do u think I'm a thief??? All the waiters / waitresses have their headset and mic for communication, she could have asked internally if we had checked, instead she came over to us and asked. The whole experience went...

The place looks vintage ‘60s, drinks are ok for a speakeasy. But the service was a big issue for me and my friends. Can’t take pictures with flash even though the place is dark-lit. They charged us NT$500 for a water glass that fell over in the table. They wouldn’t let us welcome two other friends past 11:30 even though they close at 2am. The weirdest one was to not fold the menu “because it’s new” even though they handed it over folded. One friend was told “你要去別的地方嗎” which somewhat translates to “you wanna take this outside?” threatening to have a fight.

I hope this issues are managed among the staff because this place looks very cool and could be doing...
