Expensive Ramen for average Ramen.
Not sure why people wait in line for so long to eat Ramen.
The price is steep for what you get (in the higher end - 220ntd ~ 300ntd)
They pack your bowl full of sprouts vegetables (I had more sprouts in my bowl than Ramen🤦♂️) and I order the one with no additional vegetables...
The meat was 3 slices of very very thinly sliced pork (the taste of the sliced pork was average, nothing special)
The soup was rich and salty (but they do provide water for you to wash it down)
There wasn't any service provided other then telling you to wait and where to sit. No greetings upon entering and exiting.
The restaurant seats about 10 so it's pretty small. If you go with your friends, expect to let people who go there alone to enter before you (you guys will have to wait for more seats to become available)
Overall, I can't recommend this place...

Now let's talk about the main deal. I search the whole city about thick rich pork bone soup that delicious, at least for me, at it's really hard. The shop that similar to this I think Nagi Ramen. My preference when eating a ramen are thick rich pork savoury pork bone soup, nice meat, and thick noodles. This is the best and my favourite ramen stall in Taiwan. When ordering this I go more spices, more garlic more anything. I like heavy rich thick soup.
The atmosphere a little bit cramp, just don't bring any groceries when eating in this place, not enough spaces.
Ps: I don't like thin noodles, clean soup when...

Things to keep in mind before going is that you shouldn't try to get in with groups of two or more and you should have 100 bills because the machine doesn't take bigger than that. It's very delicious but very salty, so if you don't like salty things then don't go. While lining up, v it's advisable to just go in and not sir with your friends because you'll wait around 15 mins instead of an hour. Also, as a person who gets indigestion at a lot of restaurants here, it should be known that I didn't have any...
