Veggie Steamed Stinky Tofu — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

I stumbled upon this place on a stroll heading home. Coincidentally I was looking to grab some steamed stinky Tofu and this place showed up.

If you want to try stinky Tofu you should go here. It's not a fancy restaurant, but it's a nice place and nice staff. The tofu is surprisingly good, but it takes a while to get used to it. If you're sensitive to spicy tastes you should probably go for no spices or the mildest. There are hot spices afterwards if you think it's too mild. No frills - just tasty, simple, well-prepared food. Everything tasted super fresh. The stinky tofu is one of the best I’ve had in Taipei - strong but clean-tasting. The bawan are really good, too.
