Aspoon Aspoon Cafe阿本 紅蔘咖啡館 — Restaurant in Zhubei City

Been here in the past and it was wonderful, the service was great and the food was amazing. This time we went there with the same high expectations, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and they weren’t serving anyone any more at 7 on a Friday evening.

We thought we’d go back again the next day, at around 5 only to be told that the meals were sold out, with customers eating at the tables in front of us, and food being finished in the toaster oven in clear view.

After we mentioned that they said the same to us the night before, they suddenly changed their story and said that they had a very limited menu they could offer us, but looked less than enthusiastic about the prospect of actually serving customers.

So disappointed and saddened to see a spot that we have always enjoyed and come back just to have their food...

事件一： 我們是附近的上班族，因為知道中午用餐時間，店裡面的客人通常很多，上餐速度很慢，所以還特地先預約了。然而沒想到進到店裡，店員立馬來個驚喜：幫您安排入口旁的吧檯桌! WHAT?，我預約了位子，然後你給我安排散客的吧檯? 反應了一下才帶到裡面的預約席。

事件二： 俗語說得好，有一就有二，好不容易有了位子，用了店裡的奇葩系統點餐：韓式大醬湯、焗烤牛肉千層麵及A餐三個品項，結帳時店員說：哦，韓式大醬湯剛賣完了，什麼，剛賣完了?那我在系統上點的是什麼空氣餐?，網購標錯價，顧客下好單，訂單還是成立的呀，我不懂你這奇葩系統在幹嘛? 最後只好很無奈的改點番茄牛肉麵。

事件三： 看到這裡，你以為災難結束了嗎? NoNoNo，有一就有二，無三不成禮啊，爛店總是不會讓你失望的好嘛! 好不容易餐改完了，也確定餐沒有賣光，到最後結帳時，店員卻告知我們您消費的金額是：1,200多元。我差點下巴沒掉下來，我竹北盤子沒被價格嚇到過，但你這店的盤子價我不能忍，WHAT? 原來是空氣餐跟一些無中生有的餐點，通通要我付錢啊，你阿本太黑了吧這家店。

事件四： 俗話說只說到無三不成禮，but有四，就真的會出事了!，歷經了千辛萬苦，滿心期待餐點上桌，點餐後約10分鐘，蕃茄牛肉麵上桌了，但又過20多分鐘，其他的餐跟飲料遲遲都沒有上桌，這時候同桌眉頭一皺，覺得阿本這家店真的不單純：不問還好，一問真的是傻眼，原來你阿本系統收了單，卻只出餐"牛肉麵"，我不知道你這什麼黑洞系統，收了幾個餐的錢，然後只吐出牛肉麵一碗的單。更扯的是，服務費也收了，餐沒上也沒店員來關心?連開水也沒來補，請問我服務費是付爽的嗎?出餐本來就是你店家該做的，這時候同桌已經不能忍了，退錢停損離開餐廳，因為我們不知道阿本這家店還會出什麼招來陰我們。

事件五：意不意外，沒想到吧，都已離開這家爛店了喔，居然還會被陰到?...
