Really enjoyed the pizza here. Light crispy base with a generous topping and plenty of cheese.. The tangy, strongly flavored tomato sauce reminded me of the Pizza Hut sauce you get in Europe. The rock posters on the walls and the classic rock soundtrack added a lot the simply decorated restaurant. I also appreciated that the coke came in can rather than being water draft stuff. Would be happy to go back here again.

這是一家裝潢以黑色基調為主且帶有時尚感的披薩店，特色為來自於台中總店創辦人的堅持將義式與美式餅皮優點結合，做出有別於拿坡里的軟Q帶濕及美式薄脆較乾口感，自己研發出這種外面是脆皮，但裡面軟Q且口感不會太濕的披薩餅皮。 門口有一些露天桌椅可以有在街邊吃披薩野餐的感覺，店內是有點復古又略帶時尚風格，柔和黃光下配上帶點搖滾的英文歌曲讓氣氛相當活絡，不只外帶盒子很ROCK，店內其他裝飾也是蘊含著ROCK風格，讓人不會覺得太美式或是太傳統義式的感覺。 披薩多達20多種口味，每一種披薩都會註明食材內容，當天我們才2人用餐，為了多嘗到不同口味故點了8”的帕瑪火腿披薩和8”的瑪格麗特披薩共2種，生切片的帕瑪火腿搭配2種起司及香脆餅皮實在非常搭，而瑪格麗特披薩上的新鮮馬札瑞拉起司更是相當牽絲濃厚好吃，本來覺得應該要再加點一個8”披薩，但因我們先前誤點了焗烤花椰菜通心麵而被撐飽了，最後甜點焦糖烤布蕾表現中規中矩也不錯。 整體上來說價格不貴性價比頗高，很適合想吃薄片披薩時來解讒用的好店。

The most authentic American-style pizza experience you can get in Taiwan.

My third time dining at Pizza Rock, and my first time dining at the Zhubei location. This is NOT an Italian pizzeria. No wood-fired ovens or strange mozzarella. This is a seriously AMERICAN pizza. Lots of sauce and salty, spicy dried meats.

Their appetizers are ok. But honestly every time I've had an appetizer I just wish I had saved room...

The best pizza in zhubei ! We quite appreciated the pizza itself (good paste, real cheese and good seasoning) but also the great service and welcoming. But also the respect of the time (for the order). We've been to many so-called Italian pizzerias in Zhubei and Hsinchu and we were often disappointed. So imagine our surprise when we tried the good pizza...
