The pancakes here are fluffy, soft, and sweet. Woosa offers multiple flavors of this kind of fluffy pancake, and I always order one whenever I visit Woosa. The guests filled up their seats very fast, so I would recommend people visit them as soon as the mall opens. Otherwise, you may need to wait approximately 30 minutes before a table is opened. Nice food, reasonable price and sufficient space. But the order of serving food was a bit confusing. The coffee was served firstly even I had told them to serve the drink after meal. 現場詢問午餐是否有位 店員告知沒有訂位目前現場只剩兩人桌（我們兩大一小） 想說假日可能客人很多就也接受了 店員帶位到兩人桌後還問是否需要兒童椅🙄️ 兩人桌你不給我兒童椅、難道我小孩站著還是怎麼？ 入座後觀察一下明明現場空位很多而且大多為四人桌、後來也有兩人進來被帶位到四人桌 所以？ 說目前客滿是怎麼回事？農曆七月還沒到好嗎 整頓午餐吃完到付帳為止現場不過最多五分滿，仍有不少四人桌空著 不懂為什麼非要帶位到兩人桌用意何在 原本單點骰子雞、漢堡排及鬆餅 點餐的店員建議我們其中一份升級成套餐即有鬆餅也可以搭配一杯飲料 最後就同店員推薦的點一份骰子雞、一份漢堡排套餐搭配的是鬆餅跟蘋果汁 上餐後 骰子雞就只是一份簡單的肉類，跟前菜炸薯條差不多類似的份量 漢堡排小小一份搭配一碗藜麥飯 用餐到差不多了才上鬆餅（因為說現點現做） 吃到一半還去詢問店員搭配的飲品還沒有上 店員表示會跟廚房了解一下情況 然後就沒有了！！！！ 這蘋果汁是從種子開始種還是怎樣？！ 一杯蘋果汁可以拖到我們都已經用餐完畢，小孩餐具跟用餐環境都已經收拾完了還沒上來 直接去結帳改成鬆餅單點 店員還表示套餐的費用 直接被我們冷冷回應告知詢問店員要上飲品也沒消息 我們不要這份加點套餐改單點 不知道是新竹地區慣壞了這些業者還是怎樣 在大多數其他縣市不太會有類似情形 也不是要求多有熱誠接待 明明看著店裡空空位置很多 就非要兩大一小擠一張小小雙人桌 而且明明餐點之類的也應該會有很多親子客群 沒有提供任何兒童餐具 即使是需要自取也可以 非常不愉快的用餐體驗 絕對不會再來此店用餐（無論是哪家分店） ...
