I wanted to eat Tanzanian food for dinner, but the place that I wanted to go for authentic Tanzanian & East African food - doesnât have a menu with prices and I read a lot of reviews of tourists being charged ridiculous prices after food was consumed.
Iâve fallen for that scam once in Italy, Never Again!
So we ended up eating the cuisine of another East African country instead. Ethiopian food at Addis in Dar. One of the few restaurants open on Tuesday night (which seems to be the weekly holiday for restaurants in Dar)
Set on the open terrace of a 2 floored house, surrounded by trees, there was a lovely breeze blowing which made for a good experience.

Just nice (suggestion here I would put some scent in the water... just a little) It will also be a place where I will take guests often and happily. Have...

If you are in a group of 5 you should try the Coffee Ceremony and keep the host informed in advance for the preparation. It was my first experience trying the cuisine and I am looking forward to revisiting Addis to try out every item on the menu.
Go there when you are extremely hungry only then you'll be able to complete the portion served to you!
