Authentic Chinese food, seemingly catered towards Chinese living in Mwanza (writings, interior design, atmosphere, seperate dining temts, supermarked with imported goods). However they have an english menu and the food is great. Really something else to the food you can find in Mwanza! Fried beef noodles were our favorite! Interesting beverages in a separate fridge. Otherwise, they serve beers and soda.

The atmosphere is more functional than inviting. Although the location is quite lush and green (from the sofa corner to the left you can even see the lake), the interior isn't too inviting (we had take away). Rude guests, yelling at staff or their phones, smoking, large tv screen with live-CCTV monitoring of different angles at the bar. At nightfall, the bright white fluorescent lights kill any atmosphere left over. They also seem to have a bit of a trash problem since trash is lying around everywhere. Washrooms are...

It is the best Chinese place in Mwanza. I've been here twice and both times I've loved the food and the experience. The first time I tried their fried rice, noodles and chicken. It was pretty nice. The highlight was the Chinese wine, which was pretty interesting.

The second time we went as a big group and took the hotpot. That was fantastic and quite cheap (TZS 80,000) for 4 people (compared to Dar). I totally forgot to take pics of the hotpot in my excitement. It also has a Chinese supermarket in the compound in case you want some ingredients (I didn't go in).

The service could be better - the whole place is quite spread out and so is hard to find waiters. We had to step out and go find them for any...
