J.A Hotel — Hotel in Mwanza Region

I had a good stay here. ||||I saw a few rooms before I decided on a room, the other ones were too close to the electricity generator. The one I chose was also away from the road so it was quiet enough. ||||The bathroom was almost as big as the room (single, not super big). And it had GREAT WATER PRESSURE!!! (And hot water of course). It was wonderful. ||||The lady at the desk was very nice and so helpful, especially when I needed to make a phone call. ||||I had wifi in the room. ||||Breakfast was buffet style, not many options but good enough. Same as what I've had at other places in Tanzania. ||||Price was quite good. ||||Location: seemed fine to me but I didn't really have any standards (not super central but "in town"). Stayed here for 6 nights and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a corner twin room which appeared to have a balcony but we couldn't access it as the door was locked. Twin room was very spacious though, even had a couch! And for the price I was amazed that it had air conditioning. Also in a good location on the edge of the city. Short walk to everything important. The restaurant had only one vegetarian option but my mum had lots of delicious choices. Order way before your hungry though as the meals took a LONG time.
